Central location The parking is off site. Too much admin to get luggage and shopping.

Good location in terms of being 10 minutes from V&A for instance. The lady in room service was very helpful and friendly. They only vacuum the rooms on the first day of arrival. Our child suffers from hay fever allergy and she kept sneezing, runny noise due to dust of the carpet. We had to buy medicine to calm her allergies. Even though in our room reservation breakfast was included, every morning we were told that it wasn’t which was frustration and embarrassing. The telefone is our room never worked we could call reception, housekeeping which was frustrating. The cost of laundry was astronomical for the amount of clothes we asked them to wash. When we asked to billed receipts they told us that they lost the receipts which make us feel like we were reaped off!! This would be last time we will be staying at the hotel! Shame!

Location is good and staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are neat and clean. A major problem is the restaurant on the top floor. There is for some unimaginable reason lots of prostitutes hanging around there. Skimpy dressed and sleezy. We were completely put off and reserved having dinner there. Such an expensive hotel but you sit with prostitutes. Disgusting.

Everything good
-
Lovely new rooms on the second floor
-
Since I was attending the Africa Food exhibition, the location was perfect for reaching the convention centre. However, the facilities provided at this property were very limited.

Everything from the reception to the location

The breakfast room could get really noisy and crowded at certain times.

Accessibility to v&a and stadium

The room itself, very clean, spacious, with an amazing and comfortable bed. The rooftop with a beautiful view of the mountains and delicious cocktails. We went to an event in the convention center, so it was walking distance. To V&A was around 20min walking if you are not in a rush. Breakfast time can be really busy and they might run out of places to sit.

It’s was close to V and A, and neat

The property was neat, clean, and well-maintained. The rooms were comfortable and the overall environment felt organized. My stay was quite stressful as my phone was stolen during the trip. In addition, one of the cleaners was very rude and shouted at me, which was unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. Also, some amenities shown online, like a pool, were not available, which was disappointing.

The friendly staff and very comfortable beds. Parking problem

The bathroom layout is a bit odd.

The staff was great, they also let me have a late check out.

We enjoyed our stay. The view of the mountain was great. It was a quick walk to the Artscape which was great as we saw a show there. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly. We loved the bed and had such a good sleep. It was very comfortable. The shower at night was luke warm but the one in the morning was fine.
