The breakfast was absolutely great and the location great as we were at the casino for a function The room left much to be desired. It's outdated . The bathroom was absolutely a deal breaker. The shower had no hot water and the water left a puddle which was still there the next morning. The tv channels was of absolute no use

This hotel is my goto stop over when I'm travelling early from the airport next day. It ticks all the boxes and is good value. The casino next door provides some entertaintment variety and a few places to eat.

The breakfast was enjoyable, with a good selection of both hot and cold options. Everything was fresh and well prepared, and the service was efficient. The location is very convenient, especially for anyone attending events at GrandWest—it’s within walking distance and close to the airport. The only improvement would be the possibility of earlier check-in, particularly for guests arriving on early morning flights.

When we reported this to reception, the situation was handled in a very strange and unprofessional way. Instead of properly investigating the issue, the administrator suggested that we take a lie detector test and said that if it showed the hotel staff were not responsible, we would have to pay compensation to the hotel. What also felt very concerning is that multiple staff members enter the room several times. First the cleaner, and then another person comes to check after the cleaner. With such a system, it is impossible to understand who actually had access to the room. In the end, the problem was never resolved and no real help was offered. It honestly felt like we were simply robbed. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel.

Tasty breakfast. Location and proximity to music concert. Hussar Grill for dinner - food and service terrible, overpriced and Hussar Grill overrated. Pancakes at breakfast from pancake machine somewhat doughy, and consistency to be improved.

Location was perfect for where I was having my meetings The restaurant staff dont show initiative. They were very fast to recommend the casino. Ordered for chicken salad and they put fish on top. When I said i did not like fish, they did not offer to make another salad
