Clean. Nice bed. Decent room size. Unpleasant smells - not sure what from - perhaps the carpets. The free WiFi is terrible. I could not do anything aside from sending or receiving emails on it. I stayed for 4 nights, and of the 4, 2 of them were very noisy between 10 and 12 PM due to noisy guests. The staff did absolutely nothing about the noise...

We would like to compliment you on your staff that are efficient and friendly - always willing to go the extra mile. Theresa Cornelius - a manager - went beyond expectation to ensure that we had a seamless experience with no hitches and is a compliment to your organisation - she leads by example and she personally has made this experience a pleasure our stay has been perfect except that I believe a decal should be given to entitle residents to enter premises. Perhaps a shuttle available to and from hospital - at a price.

Spacious room and bathroom. Quiet. Excellent location for getting to the airport. My room overlooked the gold course.

The room was smaller than I booked and it said it had a garden view , but no view looked onto a roof . Lots of mosquitos , peaceful sleep or something similar would be useful in the rooms

Lots of kids booked in for the weekend, very noisy, some knockin on doors and running. Not great. Plenty of mosquitoes as well. One of the days, the cleaners removed everything from the bed, and left, and was told they left for the day. Someone had o come help. Interesting stay
