We were greeted by staff each time we came to the hotel. They were warm and welcoming and took care of our needs like family. They remembered our preferences and went the extra mile for us.

Liked the staff/pool area and breakfast all great It was abit untidy - old mattress outside opposite our door ! Not sure how long it had been there but looked untidy

Breakfast is good I didn’t find my make up stuff and chain with earrings. This is so bad if stuff took it when cleaning.

Very nice place for a family vacation. The property has a vintage style, a camp side feeling, the staff is friendly and the breakfast was my favorite part.

Yes, sort out your fire alarm system! I had to leave for the airport at 0400, for a meeting in Jhb at 1000, so the two fire alarm incidents at 0030 and 0230 resulted in a total lack of sleep! Consequently, I will not be using this facility in future.

Breakfast was good with a nice variety of choices. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Location was good.

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms were large and spacious. Staff were great and very welcoming and friendly. Really central location with access to all of Cape Town's sites. The restaurant nearby (Wild Fig) was also really good

This is like experience so far, their breakfast is top notch… They have amazing staffs honestly from Fese, Fezeka and the breakfast fast staffs from Mr Funiwe, Royston, Saygie I hope i got her name right It was really a lovely experience from the room, the clean environment, the cleaners does their job so swift and so neat I will recommend this place over 100 times

Breakfast was great, excellent and professional staff, family friendly, will recommend this place to anyone. We forgot to turn the air conditioner in our room, and we ended up with some mosquitoes. But that was just the first night, the other 4 nights, with air conditioner on, no mosquitoes.

I honestly don’t know why this hotel is only 3 star, it should be 4 star! We stayed for 1 night in a beautiful and spacious king room. We have stayed in 4 star hotels in Europe which have been worse than this hotel. The breakfast was a full buffet with a chef to cook your hot selections. The staff were fantastic, friendly and happy to help with anything. We honestly thoroughly loved our stay! Nothing, room was spotless, checkin was easy, no negatives at all!
