This hotel was the most beautiful place I could imagine, located at the foot of Table Mountain, a 9-acre garden lovingly maintained by a local team, with forestry and lush surrounds in pretty Constantia. The history and buildings were fascinating and awe inspiring, the service was top line and gracious and the cuisine was superb. We met a traveler from London who comes back to this glorious paradise every year (for the past 30 years), and we could truly understand why! While the cuisine was exceptionally good value for money, this is an expensive establishment.

Everything was very fine; the reception team,the room, the restaurant staff and the food,the exceptional breakfast,the gardens...we can not complaint about anything along our three days stay.For sure, a place to return and to recommend.

The rooms are excellent, and the garden is magnificent. Staff, both in the hotel and the restaurant, are professional and attentive. No lifts, just stairs. Not much is suitable for elderly people.

Well, where to start? This was one of the most memorable travel experiences I’ve ever had. What might seem like just a hotel truly felt like a second home. From start to finish, the staff made me feel completely at ease, more like a guest in a home than in a hotel. The premises and gardens are beautifully maintained, and the Conservatory Restaurant is spectacular for every meal: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The proper turndown service and all the little touches make it the perfect place to relax and escape the crowdedness of the city. They have award winning gardens and it is mesmerizing to wander around every morning to relax. This place has already claimed its role as a true second home and I’m genuinely grateful to every staff member for delivering such quality and warmth. Truly amazing. Nothing

Staff was incredibly kind, warm and responsive. The property itself is just beautiful and this area of Constantia is exceptionally picturesque. Easy to get around to various sites from here. Really just a fantastic place! No negatives from us!

Beautiful hotel and gardens, very serene. Staff were really helpful during our stay. Left us a lovely note and cake as was our honeymoon. Had lots of difficulty with staff while trying to get a 1 hour early check in. Eventually was helped at 9pm the night before, but made for a stressful and frustrating experience.
