The bathtub and seaview

The vanue is in a beautiful area, good value for money. We're allocated a room upstairs with great sea and sun sunset view. Room temperature warm, fan available if needed. It's a beautiful and homely accommodation. The toilet basin water draining very slow. There was a lose heavy mirror on toilet cistern, fell on my sister nearly hurt her. Light breakfast was appreciated, however expected variety on different days.

I really like established old places to stay as they have a character and unique view as Ashby Gust House. It was a very easy to find and drive all way steat from International Airport. Quiet and safe location near by waterfront. Very friendly people, clean and comfortable room. Thanks a lot. I will difenately recommend this place to my family and friends and I will be your guest again.

Location close to the Main Street, nice bright pink decor which was fun. Staff were friendly and allowed us to take some items from the breakfast buffet before it officially started as we had to drive to the airport early. Comfortable bed. Too much furniture in our room and found it difficult to put suitcases anywhere and still be able to walk around. The bathroom was not really separate from the rest of the room and the shower allowed water to get out. The blinds were broken.

Everything was perfect. The room with an amazing view. Armando was super kind and helpful as he greeted us and showed us around the place and then checked on us each evening when we returned. The bed and pillows were amazing. The room and bathroom were both spotless and kept that way the entire time. Ashby Manor Guest House definitely exceeded my expectations.

We booked and paid for 2 nights, we only slept one, arrived at night 23pm. On arrival we see the room is as small as a shoe box my husband can litteraly not fit inside the bathroom, so he couldnt use the toilet!!! Notified the hostess, she showed us another room, bathroom just as small, the bathroom was build in cupboards and change into batrooms. We requested a refund for the second night, no respond! Being ignored flat!

Disappointed, terrible continental breakfast, very low water pressure and no tv available. After asking it was just brushed off as not working.
