Stylish and well sorted for work travel. Easy parking and good coffee. The staff were excellent! There were elements of my room that were very “rough” which stood out in an otherwise well designed space. Heavy damage and wear and tear, and nasty cigarette bottle on the balcony. See pics.

Booking. Com owes a refund! Booking Com overcharged my visa card and hasn't made a refund to me after making several complaints to both Booking .Com and property owners.

The staff are incredibly helpful, especially at security and the front desk. They went out of their way to help me and my husband and we are so grateful.

I liked that they provided enough towels. The staff was nice and friendly. The room was clean and had a fresh scent. I appreciated the biscuits and the cold water from the fridge in the room. It would have been nice if the plugs had a Type-C charging port. The desk/counter was a bit unsteady, which made it slightly uncomfortable to use.

That said, thank you for accommodating the late checkout — it was greatly appreciated. However, I must note that the breakfast service did not meet expectations. I found the staff to be rather unprofessional and, at times, dismissive. Additionally, on Friday, when I attempted to work on my computer in the restaurant area, I was informed that this was not permitted. Had this been communicated in advance, I would have completely understood, but the way it was handled left me feeling quite unsettled.

We always use this Hotel when travelling to central Cape Town. Great location for travelling in every direction in town. However, this establishment has a lot more to offer than just a one night lay-over. If we had more time I am sure that we would enjoy relax more and enjoy the facilities more. Amazing concept in hotels and long-term room rentals. Rooms are incredibly comfortable. Rooms are well laid out and appointed. Great beds. Great showers. Lovely patios to enjoy the evenings. Construction noisy early morning. Unable to watch various channels unless you have an account. Room needed a bit of maintenance. Light not working, table chipped.

All the facilities I needed and the location. Lots of parking off street. The rooms are functional but tired. The hotel needs a good coat of paint and some of the furniture is old, chipped and worn. Even the menus in the restaurant are old and worn. The rate I was charged was high and did not include breakfast. I don’t think this hotel warrants the price I paid.
