Location was the best, we came to stay here to have close proximity to the start for the 2 Oceans Race. The hotel an it's staff were incredible. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The runners of the marathon were accomodated fully, they were celebrated and really treated amazingly well. The shuttle transporting supporters and runners was on time, all the time. The ablution facilities downstairs, especially during peak seasons or events, perhaps traffic could be managed and diverted a lot more efficiently.

The suite was amazing and comfortable. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was tasty. Sufficient toiletries were given. 11am check out as opposed to 10am. Needed bubblebath :)

Updated rooms with new bathroom with shower, very clean and comfortable. Terrific staff with a great attitude, clearly well trained! Breakfast was very good, big variety to suit all tastes, and amazing fresh fruit!!

Professional and friendly service at reception and check in. The staff are very friendly and willing to assist. My experience at breakfast was great as I had staff willing to assist with my every need.

Breakfast was awesome(delicious) and the staff serving were the best good to all of us. I would go there again inshAllah.they accomodated me as a Muslim too,that was something I loved the most . Not to forget the general manager Tanja who went out of her Way to make us feel more happy and treated my mother and kids with so much care and Love ?.we traveled as a family and it was my mother's birthday ,she made our stay so beautiful.i can say 1 thing about her, she's the face you want to see Infront and hoping that Southern Sun appreciate her.i will come back bcz of her, hoping she Will still be there inshAllah. I didn't like that the rooms were cleaned later and when I asked one of the ladies in front desk Ekhona,she gave me attitude and she was very unfriendly.we would be forced to keep quiet for peace 's sake.

Great staff, fantastic breakfast. On the last morning, in mid-shower the water went off. One hour before an important meeting leaving me covered in soap. Front desk reaction - crickets… no action for over 30 minutes. Pathetic.
