Shuttle driver didn’t show up at the airport to pick us up, so the front desk had to call another one. Then when we left the shuttle driver once again did not show up and we had to call another uber. Unacceptable!

Staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Location walking distance to V&A as well as a little grocery store and cafes. Excellent restaurant! Nothing

The property is located approximately a 15 minute walk from the cruise ship terminal. It was a centrally located and extremely comfortable facility. The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were extremely welcoming and friendly. Overall, the breakfast provided was good but a majority of the hot items were lukewarm or cold.

Excellent location, great breakfast. Very close to Waterfront and Gold Restaurant. Decent room for the price and place. Free parking on the street, good wi-fi. All good.

The location was great The room was very cramped. Our room would suit a single person not a couple. The vanity was in the main room and there was very little privacy in the ‘bathroom’.

There was no closet for our clothes in the room. The breakfast feels dull with the same food options if you stay more than 2 nights.

They don't have parking. The one closer, you pay it from your pocket. The breakfast was not the best. Eggs are prepared in advance, toaster had issues. Chairs in the restaurant are not comfortable. Carpets are dark, making the room dark

The location and breakfast were excellent, and the staff was incredibly friendly. It’s within easy walking distance of the waterfront. The breakfast was a highlight of our stay—we stayed for four nights and never got bored because the selection changed every day! The soundproofing could be improved, as we could hear water noise from the neighbors or the floor above. Additionally, the window curtains were difficult to close completely, which let in quite a bit of outside light.

I mistakenly overbooked by one day and despite discussions with the staff and follow up from booking.com they refused to refund me for the day. I also think they are overpriced .$160 a night without breakfast and a room without a view feels like daylight robbery.

Location is good, walking distance to Waterfront restaurants. Room was very clean, designed in black and white colors. Breakfast was very good. Staff very friendly. We were also glad that for extra fee we got early check in. Design of the bathroom could be improved. The shower water would splash outside on the floor. Also the sink would be more convenient to use with one rather than 2 spouts.
