Great location No Electricity for 4 hours on first day and Television wasn’t working

Location and refurbishment. Bar area and outside patio v good. Breakfasts! Staff are incredible so helpful nothing is too much no matter how demanding I was ! Not much not to like - it’s all good ? The only thing was the price for a Friday - Monday stay over the CTCT weekend. I thought it was very pricey but I guess it’s in demand.

Location No water dispenser on each floor, you need to take the elevator ( only one ) to refill your drinking water.

Initially my room's air conditioning was not working, front desk staff were polite and got me another room within the hour. Breakfast is honestly pretty good for what you are paying. Location is also good, walking distance to V&A waterfront. Charging ports in the sockets are a little dusty. TV did not have any channels, not sure if this was the same for everyone else, did not watch TV anyway so not a big deal.

Location was good and staff were friendly. That there was no bottled water in the rooms. Since tap water is no longer safe to drink, I was disappointed to not find any bottled water in the room and I had to take medication.

The location.Its closeness to the shopping center. The access to the hotel from the main street is not visible

Checked all the boxes for a very reasonable price. Good room, bed, staff, breakfast, restaurant. On the edge of the V&A district but only a 15 minute walk to the main amenities.

I really liked the overall set up and “go green” policies. The staff were so welcoming and friendly and the rooms were clean and spacious. A good parking area too. Marco and Thaamir were great!
