Good location, quiet, all the staff were exceptional, friendly, helpful. Check in was smooth; our room was ready on time. The cups were different, but no handle, made the black coffee and tea hot to hold, for old hands.

All the staff have great energy, are super helpful and lovely and welcomed us very well. Perfect location, great facilities. Would’ve loved to find some slippers in the room.

Superb location, excellent location - easy walk to everything in the Waterfront. The in-room safe is very small - my Macbook didn't fit. Beware of the shower floor - it's slippy but there are grab handles. Coffee mugs in the room- bit small, the ones at breakfast are sooo much better.

Location, Location, Location!! (also the excellent.. and very warm.. checkin from the "Big Man" at Reception.. truly made for a lovely start to the stay.) In-room water could have been provided daily (even just the small 500ml pack)
