Loved the location and breakfast. The rooms can be updated. Our room had broken drawers and the panel was hanging off the wall near the floor. For the cost, the property needs to be updated. Trash in the hallways as well. Staff are great.

I didn't like anything i had to wait more almost 3 hours to get my room and pool was cold

The room wasn’t really clean. It was spacious but that’s it. The staff was great and breakfast not bad but anything special

We only stayed for one night. When we checked in we were greeted nicely with a smile. The room was very clean!!! We used the pool it was clean and breakfast was nice. We will be staying here again.

It was clean, spacious, the staff was friendly, and accommodating, excellent hot buffet breakfast.

Stayed one night to use the indoor pool since weather is so unpredictable right now. Plenty of towels, clean pool. Great breakfast choice.

When I arrived a rag was on top of the shower as if someone just took a shower and when I went for breakfast everything was pork nothing for people owed just can’t eat pork

One of the check in staff was extremely rude. We drove 5 hr to see a concert that night. And just wanted to check in a hr early so we could get ready for dinner. And we were told they weren’t allowed to do that on the weekend. It was a Sunday.

Functional rooms, great breakfast with a pleasant and helpful staff.

Comfortable room with a decently equipped kitchen. Breakfast service was good with several options. The laundry facilities were useful but one of the two washing machines on my floor was out of order. AC unit in the room was pretty noisy.

Very nice hotel with a nice seating area outside. The room was very clean and spacious.

I stayed here for 5 days. I picked the hotel based on proximity to my daughter’s sports camp. It has a late check in time, 4pm, so we had to kill time at a local Starbucks for a few hours. When we arrived, the room wasn’t ready. We were so tired and annoyed at that point that I asked to speak to a manager around 5pm. It took until 5:15pm to find us a room.The receptionist said she’ll compensate us for a free night for our trouble so we quickly grabbed our bags and we settled in. Since then, the service has been subpar daily. No toilet tissue or shampoo, and it took several calls to the front desk for items to arrive. On one of the days, I asked for an extra towel, and the housekeeper said there were none available, and that I had to wait an hour. I’ve never stayed at a hotel that ran out of towels. When we would come back from our activities around 3pm, the room was never cleaned. The last straw was my check out. I returned the keys and checked to see if I received the credit for the first day. There was no mention in their system of what happened on the first day. I spoke to the manager, Joanna, and she agreed to give me Hilton points, but I don’t think I’ll ever come back to this location. It was just awful.

I didn’t like that when I first got here the system was down and I had to go on a wild goose chase for a room. I hated how rude housekeeping was. I know there’s a language barrier, but that was just wild attitude and discrimination.

Needs to have more signs for directions for elevators and lobby. I could hear people walking on the floors and the floors were creaking. The Cooling/heating system was very noisy.

Maintenance was unable to fix bed despite coming into our room 4x with parts to do so. We were not told they could not help us in the end. Eventually, we had to go to front desk to find out what next steps were. Only after inquiring again were we told the bed couldn't be fixed, but also that no other options or 2 bedroom rooms were available. Hours later, suddenly a room was available (but not ADA friendly). Woman at front desk told us "She was doing us a favor" by canceling someone else's reservation to get us into that room". Room was on 4th floor, and very inconvenient for child in wheelchair. Room did not provide soap to handwash any dishes, only powder to run dishwasher, which is inconvenient. All silverware permanently gross with stuck on food particles despite running in dishwasher. There was a Cheeto smushed into the carpet in the hallway that remained there the entirety of our 5 day stay. No one clean it up. Pool was unheated, and FREEZING. It had visible chunks of hair floating in it. We were told we could use the neighbor hotel's heated pool, only for it to be shut down multiple days we were staying onsite. Would not recommend, esp. for the money, nor would we return.
