Springhill Suites by Marriott Carle Place Garden City

I loved the location and breakfast staff member named Miriam was outstanding. She greeted each morning with a smile and pleasant attitude. She made sure the breakfast items were replenished quickly and hot. Miriam made the stay of myself and family very enjoyable. We stay at this location when we visit family in Elmont New York. Thanks for another nice stay. My first night - I didn’t have hot water to shower.

We had a really great stay! The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our visit. What made the experience even more special was how unique the property was—it had so much character and a charm that made the stay feel different from a typical hotel experience. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the little details that made the place memorable. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend it. We’d be happy to stay here again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nice hotel

Everything was great. You only complaints that I have were that the pool required you to check in at the front desk in order to get a key and it was basically the same breakfast 5 days in a row. Breakfast did have a variety of things, but the warm foods were the same everyday.

One elevator would not work if you pushed floor 1 when getting on at 4th floor. Happened many times. Reported to front desk but never fixed while I was there.

The staff were very good, front desk, maids, and the breakfast staff. The pull out sofa was terrible, it was lumpy and a horrible sleep.

Liked the separate sitting/office TV & refrig/microwave areas. Television can be easily shared also with bed area.

Upon checking in to purchase room, I discovered tiny ants in the bathroom. I notified the front desk immediately. They weren't able to change our room that night due to being fully booked, but offered a room switch the following day. After waking the next morning, we saw ants on the nightstand. We contacted the front desk again and spoke with Vincent and made sure that Jeanine had passed along the information from the night before. Once the new room was ready, Vincent contacted us and we made the switch. The new room was way better. - cleaner, smelled better and most importantly, no ants.

Amazing hotel so clean and amenities were top class. Would definitely stay here again. Close to so many restaurants, grocery stores and a huge mall. Safe area.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and the location was ideal for us as we were visiting family in the area. The reading light over the bed would not turn OFF....so had to position it behind the lamp so we could sleep.

The staff at check-in were polite, courteous, and professional. They displayed excellent costumer service.

Really loved the room. Very comfortable! Could have had a better breakfast selection. However, that would have been my preference.

My granddaughter and I enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and nice and the room was clean. Especially appreciate how they recognize the importance of practicing green for our environment. Beautiful grounds and hotel.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff was helpful and provided a pack and play for my baby. We didn’t get breakfast as the end time was 9:30am.
