Waffles and toast is what’s for breakfast

Very bad rooms and very bad odour in rooms

n/a Cleanliness' what terrible. bugs in the fridge, bathroom , walls , and main room. I have pictures for proof.

Bugs in the bathroom, main room and on the walls and the mini fridge. The bedding was clean but seeing the bugs made me feel like things were crawling on me. I was in town for a show and couldn't change hotels.

The matres are super comfortable, but they need to Change or be cleaner there are mites.

Disappointing

The bed and pillows were comfortable. The room was dirty. Really dirty. The floor felt horrible under my bare feet. The tub was filthy. The staff was polite enough but definitely didn't want to help. A staff member told me 'you didn't book here for luxury'.I do not recommend.

Property was dirty, advertises continental breakfast-that does not exist. Shower was broke, no water pressure, asked for extra towels, soap, & shampoo DID NOT get that either it was ignored. I had to go buy personal care products at Walmart. Dirt ok walls also some type of goop all over walls and corners looking like poop. Bedding had cigarette holes. When going to check in owner was sitting on couch bare foot Indian style. Nice way to conduct business. Smells like marijuana outside, hallways & entry smell like urine. Waste of money. Tried addressing for more reasonable accommodations but they do not exist the woman said.

I Had a great stay.

Good staff, good bed and AC , no bugs. My room was 132 it had only 1 light bar over the sink. I think it needed 2 more and the light cover.

My complaint is that when I turned on the light in the morning, several small cockroaches went scurrying toward a deadbolted door. I know it's not an isolated incident, because two other rooms mentioned having roaches as well. As for disappointments, the bathroom floor was rather sticky. There was no lampshade on the floor lamp. The electrical outlet for the mini fridge was completely detached from the wall. Also, there was hole punched in the bathroom door. The night I was there, I had the pleasure of listening to someone shouting at the top of his lungs in the parking lot. Happening at roughly 2-2:45am, I wasn't able to fall back asleep. It's more than obvious that the hotel isn't performing an acceptable amount of maintenance.
