Beautiful property across from the beach. Rooms and common areas very clean. Restaurant was very convenient. Our server was wonderful!! Hotel staff was very polite and helpful.

One of the box springs was broken on our beds and both bed were old, and insanely lumpy. Their maintenance staff was able to replace the box spring for us within 2 hours of checking in, but in the process there was trash stuffed under each bedframe, and the bedding had not been replaced as there was dried blood on our bedding, and nicotine pouch cans on the floor by the bed frame... Not to mention body hair all over the bathroom. Truly disappointed that a Hilton property would be so poorly cleaned. The hotel maintenance and housekeeping manager were nice and apologetic, but the front desk staff was less than helpful and unwilling to change our room or provide any sort of comp. The hotel is a beautiful location across from the beach, but its dated and in dire need of a renovation. Beautiful courtyard area the gets the majority of the care on the property. Ive stayed in far better Best Western or LaQuinta Hotels than this property.

Staff was friendly, but not very informative. It’s located by a beach cliff that does not have an access point. We didn’t know about the shuttle service to their sister property that has beach access until we were checking out.

Overall a good trip.

Staff was so friendly and kind. Andrew was outstanding helping us with getting an ocean view room, walking directions for beach access parking and more! Accommodations were amazing. We utilized ping pong after walking back from the beach. Incredible experience. Nothing. All was great.

This place is bomb! We would stay here again in a second!

From check in to check out our stay was perfect. We enjoyed the walk to the beach and then in the evening we enjoyed the pool area. Dinner was also amazing. Best food and great customer service make your vacation enjoyable.

Hotel was nice and rooms were clean. A little outdated but comfortable. We did not stay long enough to use amenities but the pool and hot tub looked nice and there were lots of options for outdoor activities. Good for kids.

Location an booking.com giving advice PAY for parking after I paid for room. I have to park there I used the water on cabinet an they charged $6 for two bottles of water After paying for room an parking that just didn’t help me to enjoy the stay

I liked the location, my room, and the pool area. However, my room key that was supposed to work to give me access to and egress from the gated parking never worked and I had to press the help button every single time. They opened the gate fairly quickly, but when you pay $29 for each day for parking, I should not have had to deal with this malfunction, wondering if I would get stuck. I also encountered a delay in checking out when the only person present at the counter was entangled in a lengthy endeavor with another party, but completely ignored me and failed to inform me that it would be ok to just drop the keys in the key box until much later.

I did enjoy the clean room and the amazingly staff but I was not satisfied with the bed comfort. I’m not sure if it was just out room bed felt elevated one side which made it comfortable sle for us to sleep all on one end.

The location in front of ocean and very nice pool area Allison the staff was horrible, I requested buffet delivered to the room, paid $5 more and brought a kids size breakfast without what I had asked. Went downstairs and told them about it, they said they would fix it but wanted to charge me more. My breakfast was suppose to be $16+$5 delivery to room it ended up being $40. I told them and the restaurant didn't want to fix anything. Rudest ever. I had also requested ocean view, I got pool view. And for a change they were going to charge me $35 more

Corey checked us in when we arrive at the hotel since our room wasn’t ready he recommended a place to eat lunch. He called us when our room was ready. Sent me a couple of texts to see if there’s anything else I needed and that to enjoy our trip.
