Property was clean. Washer, dryer, ice machine, and Wi-Fi did not work. Staff was very friendly.

There was bugs in our room and a bug fell out of the frame into one of our heads we told staff and said they would tell maintenance pretty much brushed under rug. I didn’t get discount or anything

The rooms were good. The cleaning wasn't. It took 3 days and me moving the trash to the middle of the floor to get emptied. They didn't sweep or make the bed. The only thing done was replace the 2 towels I used.

This was a quality stay at an affordable price. The rooms were clean and solid—nothing extraordinary, but more than adequate. The pool was nice—very warm, but nice. The staff was helpful and considerate. Overall, very positive experience with our stay.

The rooms are newly renovated and the beds were comfy which was a nice surprise. A little bit lacking general space in the lobby for breakfast and vending options. Overall it was great tho!

Nice updated room with comfortable bed. Stayed with pup during memorial weekend so lots of kids making noises but not the property fault.

It would be very helpful if you had a variety of loft in pillows on your bed. I have neck issues and I could not use any of your pillows because they were way too big.

This location is close to the Carlsbad Caverns, and the price of the stay is very responsible. I recommend this lodging location.

The doors need some weatherproofing. Heard everything outside as if I were sleeping in the parking lot. They also need some mops. My socks turned black from just walking around the room and the couch had questionable stains on it. But was renovated and fair for the price.

I had a handicap room but the automatic shades wouldn’t work so they moved us to a regular room that was not handicap accessible

The room was clean and remodeled, the staff was friendly and eager to help. Breakfast was good, but no waffle maker. The only downside was the broken toilet paper holder, and loud neighbors. Would go back if in the area
