Location was convenient. The room was dirty - the back of the bathroom door was streaked with smoke residue, the exhaust fan cover was packed with dust and mold, the top of the door frame had a good buildup of dust. There was an unknown type of pill under one bed and an empty beer can under the other. The desk chair was filthy - stains and built up grime. The balance above the window was covered with a thick layer of dust.

Good price and close to Carlsbad Caverns Although the motel only has two floors, an elevator would be a nice addition.

Im happy to...Very very dirty and needing real renovations ..(toilet seat was broken )and retrained cleaning crew I went to Walmart so while there and bought lysol and paper towels..I didn't bother asking for another room ..Im sure it was just as dirty.

We are on a cross country road trip- this was the most comfortable bed yet. The person at the desk was very helpful and worked on getting us a quiet room. Great experience- especially for the price

It was quiet. On the Booking.com website it stated that a continental breakfast was included but it wasn’t. They had zero ice in the ice machine.

On check in at 6:00pm (check in time was 3:00pm or later) I was told they could give us a double room instead of a queen. I explained my husband is 6’3” and needs a queen bed. I was told again they could give us a double room for the same price. We finally got a queen room. Bathroom was dirty. Had to go to the desk for washcloths. Bathroom fan squalled, as did the air conditioner. Would NOT recommend!

Amazing customer service. Rooms were very clean and bed was comfortable. Owner (manager) was very kind.
