Jetted tub was very nice in our room, staff was very lovely. However, there was no disclosure before booking that the entire hotel is under renovation…. So swimming and hot tub are not available. Our rooms fireplace didn’t work, some tile was cracked, and the shower was VERY slippery. I would say the staff, bed, and jetted tub were the only positives.

No soap in the room and I was not told about this. They had no soap for the whole day and night I was there and did not do anything about it.

Air conditioning was not so great. Kept the room muggy and only seemed to cool down if we put it on 60 degrees and used a small fan we travel with to move the air further. Hotel itself was clean and the beds were comfortable, fix the AC and it would be a a lot better.

Nice hotel. Good location and accommodations. The smell of disinfectant cleaner in the dining area. While I appreciate the cleanliness, the odor was not appealing during breakfast.
