Wonderful place to stay! Wonderful, spacious room with a nicely stocked kitchen to meet all your needs. You can also request a 2 stove burner to be sent to your room to meet your cooking needs. We really enjoyed our stay here!

It was very satisfied with all of areas.

Only 4 stars because we had a ‘handicapped’ room on the second floor and no working elevator. But we got a tub and were able to soak.

The elevator was out of service and we were assigned the 4th floor; it was terrible. I want a refund.

Everything you would need for an extended stay. Clean, excellent breakfast that was different every day. Handcarts for belongings and elevators! Great choice!

Although we didn't use them, we also really liked the self-laundry facilities, fitness center, and outdoor patio with lawn games. Would definitely book this place again if we ever make it back!

Rooms at the front of the hotel, closest to the road, get a lot of road noise. Saturday night was especially bad but there was still some noise on Sunday as well...maybe it would be better during the week.

Staff was super helpful and the amenities in the room were perfect for a few days of hiking. The location/proximity to Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe Mountains was also great! Rooms at the front of the hotel, closest to the road, get a lot of road noise.
