Customer service from Hilton and expedia is horrible. I will not use either company again

Parking the desk had to move her car so I could have a place to park in the back of the garage and Im handicap

Only negative I would say is not enough parking at the property.

Property was awesome! Fantastic staff! Melissa and Pamela we're outstanding. The maintenance staff, Larry was a pure joy! All the staff were excellent. Great Breakfast buffet. Great tiki bar and pool right on the boardwalk!

The whole staff at Hampton was very hospitable. The rooms were clean. The repair gentleman was quick and kind. Breakfast was wonderful. The view was awesome. Of course the pool was enjoyable. We just overall loved our stay thank you. We’ll see you again soon.

The stay was great. I read reviews and was a little skeptical but it was great! They gave us an hour extra to check out. Great location. Just far enough away from the rides. We will absolutely stay here again. Room views and balcony was perfect. Highly recommend !! Thank you !! If I could give recommendations it would be to update the pool but it was fine.

We specifically requested housekeeping, were told we were on the list, and waited all day—only for no one to come. We needed the bathroom cleaned and fresh linens, but neither was provided. The hotel later acknowledged the miscommunication, but the issue was never resolved. We understand the every-other-day housekeeping policy. Our issue is that we specifically requested service and were told it was coming. For the price we paid, we expected better follow-through.

Great location. Right off the beach & pool right next to the tiki bar. The rooms themselves are clean but could use an update. The staff worked hard around the property.

Wonderful

This was a perfect family getaway and our first time to Carolina Beach! Wonderful location with walking distance to the Boardwalk. Spacious suite with ocean views, delicious breakfast buffet. The bartender at the Tiki Bar made a drink for me that wasn’t on the menu and it was a real treat! Fireworks on the beach on our last night was the best ending. Thank you!

The hotel was very nice and clean. The room was clean as well and the view was amazing! Breakfast at the hotel was very good with lots of variety including hot items. The staff kept things stocked and were helpful if anything was needed. The hotel was a bit pricey overall but I guess it's worth the price considering the location, cleanliness and amenities. A couple of the waitresses at the outside bar weren't as friendly and made some sarcastic comments to one of my family members. But the other staff members were very nice and helpful.

Property is in a great location and love the Tiki Bar! Breakfast was better than average. But balcony and entry doors are old and hard to open.

It was great. Awesome location right near the boardwalk, beach, bars, arcade, and all sorts of restaurants/shops. Tiki bar is on site, fire pit, and pool. Free breakfast in the morning. Oceanfront view room options and celebration package if you want to surprise someone in their hotel room! Altho early check in is not guaranteed, we were able to check into our hotel at noon. Mini fridge and coffee maker in room. I would love to come back! What I wish it had: I wish it had a jacuzzi, better pillows (BRING YOUR OWN PILLOW), and a microwave in room.
