The staff was very professional and the room was clean. The hotel was walking distance to the beach and restaurant.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Dirty room (had to clean the floors myself), tried to charge more, tiny room & tiny parking lot, front desk person said I didn’t call the hotel (when I did), gave us 2 towels for 4 people, just 1 tiny trash can in the room. Believe me, the list goes on…it’s awful.

The property was not as described. Room was dirty and smelled musky. Not worth the price!

The hotel’s location is excellent and very convenient. We were also able to relax and enjoy our stay once everything was sorted out. One suggestion would be to check the mattress cover and shower curtain, as both had noticeable stains. Also, there was no complimentary bottled water in the room. I’m not sure if that’s the hotel’s policy, but thankfully there was an Exxon nearby where we could buy some. Overall, despite the initial issue with the room, the friendly staff and great location made for a pleasant stay.

The entire facility had zero wifi during our entire stay. Cable TV was hit or miss. Rooms are rather old, poorly furnished and outdated. Nice bar/restaurant on property. Surprisingly quite at night and they have pet friendly rooms.

The floors were dirty. Bathroom grout was nasty. No kleenex, no bar to hang clothes or luggage rack - had to go on the floor. Didn't blow off the sidewalks so more dirt was drug in every time we came in.

room was decently clean. room got double booked somehow while we were staying there. didn’t really dig how a random couple was in our room while we were occupying it. maybe it was a woopsie daisy i don’t really know. maybe it was because the worker didn’t put us in the system and when they called me back i answered and they started having another convo with someone. i hope next time they get a shower curtain that works and a towel rack. bring back towel racks i think they’re useful. lowkey was enamored by the floor stains like how do you even achieve that lol. POOL AND TV ARE FIRE THOOOOOOO

A blackout curtain or blind would be nice for privacy and keeping out so much light. We were happy with the room as it was convenient quiet and reasonably priced.
-
Room was nice, bathroom little small but good. I will be back again

I had a loud squeeking noise that came out of the bathroom the whole time we were there. Could not sleep! Staff said there wasnt anything they could do and couldn't give any discount either. Beds were old spring mattresses that were completely sunk in the middle.
-
Mattress was flimsy and springy, I ached the next day from it

This hotel was absolutely perfect for what we needed it to be. A family friendly beach town hotel within walking distance to multiple things for all our kiddos, including the boardwalk (only about a 10 min walk). The rooms were really nice, mattresses could be updated ha, but they were clean and we still slept. The property was quiet, no issues with checking in or out and the staff was lovely. A definite choice for us again when we visit Carolina Beach next time.

Everything was great! No frills but clean rooms and pool!
-
The room was smaller than pictured, the bed was hard as a rock, the shower curtain didn’t fit the shower, the water pressure and temperature constantly changed while in the shower
-
Parking is horrible due to spaces being used by customers at restaurant which takes up the guest spaces. The room was just ok. Bed was very hard. The towel rack in bathroom kept falling down when removing a towel. The toilet needed cleaning better. There was one tiny trash can in the bathroom and no where to hang towels or clothing.

Everything was good on the property could not ask for anything better. Just the neighbor beside us was very noisy
-
The property is next door to their restaurant. Not enough parking for both so if you leave for dinner don’t expect to come back to a parking space at the hotel as restaurant patrons park in the hotel spots even though it is clearly marked for hotels guests. Hotel wouldn’t do anything about it.

Clean room, helpful staff, good working AC unit and Fabulous Restaurant.
-
The first floor was much louder with people in and out and there was only a bench to sit on. Also, the room had some issues like the bathroom door peeling so it was difficult to open the door every time. Also, I want to add with the restaurant in the same area, on a busy night the hotel gets overrun with people coming to eat and they park wherever they please. It’s impossible to be able to leave for the evening and come back because then there would be no where to park. The price makes this place worth it when all is said and done. (We stayed during the off season.)
