Location is convenient for me as i need to see my son at Nante Campus. Room is clean. Bed is comfortable. Feel relax during my stay. none

location was great for where we needed to be for work. Also a lot of restaurants in the area, although some were closed early in the week. WIFI didnt work for us, but the hotel compensated us for this. they had just swapped over some hardware which was causing the problem. The staff were very helpful.

nothing really. Trully mediocre It is UNSAFE to leave your stuff in the room. Someone entered our room despite the do not disturb sign we always hang on the door. They obviously went through our stuff, and found our reserve bank carda we always carry with us when we travel. They are usually in a safe or as there was no safe in this hotel they were safely hidden and kept within our things in our room. They found cards and took pictures of them. They waited one day after our checkout and started charging our cards starting with $1800 and other amounts. Our US bank flagged the suspicious transactions immediately. But our other card was not so lucky and they stole 400 Euros and kept trying even after we blocked those cards. We know exactely where the cards were compromised because we never use those cards and the charges came spacifically from Nantes, so it was simple to understand who did it. I wish I can go back and confront them. Please do not stay there, find another safer place! It is already hell-knows-where from the city center. Just avoid at all cost!!!

Bed was comfortable and clean. Man on reception very helpful. View, area, no cups or plastic glasses for water, no tea/ coffee. Gloomy reception area., if you were hoping to eat you had to ask reception for food/snack/drink ... nothing on show, with only one person working who had to do all. Had to go out for food. As not a lot on offer. Very disappointed.

Very secure parking There was no one to greet us just an envelope with my name on. Although there was a kettle only two coffees no milk and no one to ask

It was a delight to relax in a clean, quiet, air-conditioned room for both myself and my pet. Staff were lovely and happy to store my bike overnight. I would recommend the hotel to any road weary traveler.
