Surprising gem in the little town. Initially you think "meh", it's ok, but then you have dinner across the street in the wonderful cellar and then you wake up the next day and go up to the top for breakfast and are knocked out by the amazing beautiful view surrounding you (as well as a very well appointed breakfast)! The staff is lovely. We found the nearby parking lot convenient but other patrons did not. It's like a 2 minute walk. I can't think of anything bad to say about this place.

Cosy, comfortable, people were really nice and helpful. We were totally spoilt. There was nothing not to like. Everything was amazing.

The staff was very helpful, friendly, and professional. Parking was a little bit difficult, but the staff helped.

The Location is nice. near to mountain area. people come for marble purchase from cararra city. bad Wi-Fi. i changed 3 rooms due to this reason. luckily i got one from Wi-Fi router.

The staff was extremely kind, the breakfast was wonderful! Well, a kettle in the room would be nice, with selection of tea and coffee.

A recently refurbished property very modern and stylish Very airy and open in the bar and reception area and all the staff were very friendly and seemed genuinely interested in the guests getting a good experience Particularly the lady who served us breakfast! Genuine hospitality The breakfast was good but a lacked some touches as the jams etc were commercial and plastic containers for the Nutella etc. it’s a four star hotel but I felt this could have been better , a little bit dated. Also ,there is from pictures , a beautiful terrace on the top floor but it was closed probably because the hotel was not very busy. Again a shame as the guests who are there deserve the same level of amenities regardless of the number of guests. If the terrace had been open I’m sure our experience would be much enhanced and reflected in the review

Nice hotel in the city center. Top floor terrace for breakfast, with a spectacular view over the mountains. Helpful personnel. We have received good recommendations for eating downtown.

I loved the rooftop bar and where we had breakfast. Food, drinks and view were all amazing! Everyone /staff were so nice and helpful! The town at night was a lot of fun and the food was really good. It was so beautiful with marble everywhere ! Went to see the marble mountain and learned a lot!! Nothing. There was nothing that we did not like. We liked it all!!!

Everything about this hotel was fabulous. The staff were friendly and so accommodating. Even the cleaning staff said hello. The views from the rooftop bar were completely stunning and there is a downstairs bar as well. My room was also beautifully designed. It was a great size with clean, modern finish in warm and muted tones. The bathroom offered a touch of opulence with all its coloured marble. The various lighting options in the room also make this hotel a particularly great option for anyone that suffers migraines easily. I will definitely stay here again and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the region.

The hotel is recently redecorated, in a stunning design. The staff attitude is customer oriented, behind any expectations. The location is perfect to reach any point of interest. Room clean and warm, silent and cozy. The breakfast on the top floor is the best way to start the day, with a wonderful view on the Carrara's mountains.
