Best Western Plus Omaha Airport Inn

Only thing I notice you can not use the fridge in the room as the door won't open due to the tray it is on. The hotel was very busy and breakfast in the morning was not keeping up. I would stay again.

Everything was perfect

Easy check-in. We were happy that the hotel had a shuttle service to and from the airport.

Please know that this property is right next to a gentleman's club which means there are a lot of unwelcoming guests on the property in the morning. They are very very very blunt when you check in that your car and any damage to it is not their issue. I know this to be a thing for hotels in general but they were very very concerned about pointing this out. Its not worth the price for how old the rooms seem, the pool was down the whole time we were there so was a waste to even come here.

Welcoming staff and comfy beds.

Nice hotel. I experienced a problem with the air conditioning unit, it wasn't working when I got in. I went to the desk and a staff member came to the room and fixed the problem immediately. It needed to be reset (button is on a plug going into the wall). I've never experienced that before or have seen that. The other thing I would say is, the breakfast is very good. The first day everything was ready on time. On the 2nd and 3rd days of my stay, a different employee was still setting things up and the coffee machine wasn't available right away. It didn't take long but if you can't wait, then you'll have to get coffee elsewhere.

The rooms were clean the bathroom was nice The front desk lady was very helpful and their breakfast was good

For being a sweet, the person that was using the sofa bed had to go get their own sheets and pillows and pillowcases. And the Keurig coffee only had one K cup, and there were four people as it said on the reservation kind of disappointed.

Later, the hotel located what they claimed was a comforter, but it turned out to be a mattress pad rather than proper bedding. Even the pillows on the king bed were unusually small and inadequate. The bathroom was stocked with only two towels despite the reservation clearly being for three guests. To make matters worse, there was excessive noise throughout our stay. Children were running up and down the hallways yelling and creating disturbances for long periods of time, making it difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep. The overall atmosphere was disruptive and far below what we expect from a hotel. The food was also very disappointing. The quality was poor, and it did not meet the standards we would expect for the price paid. Overall, the hotel failed to provide basic necessities for the number of guests in the room, including proper bedding, pillows, towels, and a reasonably quiet environment. This was a frustrating experience, and we would not stay here again.

This was an amazing hotel for the price booked during busiest time of year and was a wonderful surprise at the quality.

The beds were really comfortable and the breakfast was good. The bathroom could use more cleaning. There was mold underneath the built in soap holders.

Avoid this roach motel unless you have no other options
