Hampton Inn Omaha Airport

The water pressure is absolutely horrible. The flooring around the tub was cracked and the tub surround was dirty. Other than that it was decent. A little high priced for the area.

The room was dirty from the moment we walked in. There were stains on the carpet, and the overall cleanliness made me uncomfortable. The condition of the room was bad enough that I honestly found myself wondering if there might be bed bugs. Whether there were or not, it certainly didn’t feel clean enough to put that concern out of my mind. The beds were some of the worst I’ve ever slept on. They had virtually no cushioning, and I honestly think I would have slept better on the floor. I woke up sore and exhausted after just one night. To make matters worse, the front desk was almost never staffed. Every time we needed assistance, we had to wait around hoping someone would eventually come back. The only thing this hotel has going for it is its location near the airport. Beyond that, I can’t recommend staying here. There are much better options nearby that are worth the extra few dollars.

Our stay here was great. From a quick and smooth check in to friendly, helpful staff. Although it was a very busy weekend with concerts and CWS going on. The hotel was quiet and the room was very spacious. The hotel offers free parking on site and a good breakfast selection. Loved the later checkout that this hotel offers. It was close to the CHI center that offered a quick drive or walk to the facility. Overall we had a great experience for our 1 night stay.

Conveniently located near Omaha airport w/free 24 hour shuttle upon request. Room & bed were comfortable.

Staff was nice. Room was cleaned. Food was good.

The airport shuttle is not available during the evening hours. We reserved our room with a note that stated our flight was landing at midnight and would require the shuttle. When we arrived we were told that the shuttle was not running because we didn’t notify the hotel so we had to call a cab.

We booked 3 rooms for 2 adults and 2 children in each room. We were assigned rooms with one king bed and a pull out. We were not given sheets or pillows for the pull out so the entire stay was uncomfortable. It happy at the rate we paid.

The staff was helpful right away. The breakfast was good. The room was clean and good size. Check out was noon. I needed that. I'd definitely stay there again. A+

Breakfast was good for a hotel breakfast. Only 1 out of 3 treadmills worked. Air conditioner was loud.

Breakfast menu was good, but please rather serve crispy bacon than those half-cooked pork sausages. And the fluffy scrambled eggs are way better than the omelets. Thank you.

Location was nice. Close to food and fuel.

Like it is just a mile away from downtown but out of the fray.
