Hampton Inn Omaha Airport

Didn’t use but good schedule

Other than soft pillows and poor water pressure the hotel was solid

Room was a little dirty, hand prints on the wall and what looked like dried boogers, carpet had quite a few stains. No clock in the room, ice machine on our floor didn’t work, we requested rooms near each other (traveling with friends) but ended up on different floors. The property outside and inside was amazingly clean and quiet definitely a good place to stay

Though we had a paid reservation, the hotel overbooked and we did not have a room. Additionally the shuttle doesn't run after midnight which our delayed flight caused us to miss so we had to take a Lyft. The hotel staff member offered Ztrip when I called earlier in the day to advise of the delay. And upon arrival to hotel Amy contacted management to resolve the error with the room. They moved us to a sister hotel at no charge and offered reward points. I still haven't received my points but the gesture was well appreciated at 2AM after long day of travel as well as Amy driving us to the other hotel.

It was a great stay! From the staff to the room!

The young woman who checked me in was very nice. I only stayed for one night for a turn around flight. The shower toiletries were empty unfortunately. The room was normally appointed and clean. The shuttle service was VERY slow and reeked of smoke. The hallways and street noises were very loud. Overall fine for an overnight and convenient to the Omaha airport, but I don’t think I would want to stay more than one night.

The staff was excellent--very responsive to equipment failures. Failures, unable to access system in the "business center" so handled by front desk--as was inability to gain key card access to rear entry door and fitness center!

Very quick and convenient shuttle service to the airport. The breakfast was also great!

The location was convenient. Breakfast was not good at all. Pool was very chlorinated and hot. The room was not clean at all. This will probably be our last Hampton stay. The last few stays haven’t been great.

It was not very clean. To use the hotel shuttle you have to pay each day your car is parked at the hotel. Breakfast wasn’t great.

No problems everything went well

Hotel seemed to be on overall good condition. It was very noisy throughout the night though making it difficult to sleep.

Room was ready when we arrived and loved the room

No breakfast when we left for airport at 4 a.m. and key didn't work with outside door!!!

The water pressure is absolutely horrible. The flooring around the tub was cracked and the tub surround was dirty. Other than that it was decent. A little high priced for the area.
