Holiday Inn Express & Suites Omaha Airport by IHG

Could not reach the front desk the night before to ask a question. The shuttle service was not notified so the day person contacted them and we made the flight in plenty of time. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was nice. Room was clean. We did not have a car to park but looked like there were plenty of spaces. Ordered food as there was nothing walkable

This hotel is amazing amd the people working there. It is clean, has a nice swimming pool and very close to the airport.

Clean hotel, appeared to well maintained and was in a decent area that seemed safe in comparison to other areas.

Staff, very clean, very new, highly relaxing lobby and styling. 1. The shower door wasn’t movable, broken needs repair. 2. The shower head put out little volume of water compared to other hotels I’ve been. I felt cold on half my body the entire shower despite extra hot water. 3. The standing lamp in the corner of the room would not turn on. I tried everything. Even a switch on the wall. 4. Room severely underlit. Not enough overhead lighting, especially near the window. 5. Confusing remote. The television remote was not very responsive to my pressing of buttons. I was frustrated and had to just turn it off.

The room smelled and wasn't cleaned very well.

My door key had to be reset practically everything we used it..until the last night of our stay

I loved the coffee. It was a pleasant stay.

They will charge you extra for tax. That should have been disclosed. Beds are really comfortable.

Wanted to keep same room 2 nights in a row but couldn’t get new towels or change of sheets. Was unable to keep same room 2 nights in a row amd get clean sheets and towels

Close to airport, easy in & out to and from downtown Omaha. Clean room, AC blows cold, shower pressure good. Overall, nice place to stay.

Great location if you’re coming for a College World Series game. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Pool is nice. Laundry room is clean and well kept. Breakfast was hit or miss. Food was cold at times and items would be empty with 1 hour still left in serving window. Overall great experience. Would stay here again.

Most of the breakfast menu items were gone by 9:30 Saturday am. It was supposed to be available until 10:00. A bunch of very hungry teenage baseball players went without. Mentioned this to front desk, but it wasn’t stocked before they had to leave.,,
