Very conveniently located off the expressway. However hotel is very run down, the room carpets and bedding were stained and dirty. Looking.

Not in the best location, close to freeway exit and entrance. There were big truck stops beside and across road. Breakfast consisted of cereal and frozen waffles to cook in toaster.

If you decide to have Continental free breakfast you must go very early. There is not much things left, and they don’t stock up an hour before closing time.

The hallways and room was hot. The room would eventually cool down enough to sleep comfortably but it would be like 2 in the morning. Outside of that the stay was fine

the swimming pool was not open, it was filthy and obviously hasn't been properly cared for. the lifting machines in the weight room were broken. the vending machines were out of order. there were fruit flies in the bagel bins at the breakfast bar and they did not have any tea bags for the hot water. the cleaning crew does not speak English, and always blocked the hallways with their carts and vacuum cleaner. I wish I had not prepaid because we would have moved to a new hotel but I could not afford to lose almost $600. the lady at the front desk was so incredibly kind and helpful, She is literally the only positive thing about the Baymont.

After driving 10 hours, we arrived to a room that was filthy. There was a strong urine odor, visible mildew and mold, bugs, and a toilet that had crystallized urine running down the sides and covering the toilet seat lid. The room clearly had not been properly cleaned. The room also had what appeared to be a serious safety issue. The smoke detector itself was missing from the ceiling, leaving only the mounting plate with the wiring connector visible. This immediately raised concerns about my family’s safety. Things became even more disturbing after we returned to our room later. The toilet contained human waste that had not been flushed, and there were clothing items in the room that did not belong to anyone in my family. We reported our concerns immediately and asked for a refund so we could take our family somewhere clean and safe. We were told the owner refused to authorize any refund. The advertised amenities were also disappointing. The pool was unavailable, and the advertised breakfast was not a hot breakfast but only prepackaged items that we chose not to eat. I also booked this reservation through Expedia using the “Pay at Property” option. However, my credit card was charged before I arrived, even though my reservation clearly

For the price it was good compared to some of the more expensive motels.of course breakfast bar sucked and coffee tastes like warm brown water. Again what can one expect from an older motel.
