The place said coffee was in room was supposed to have complimentary breakfast in advertised pool but the pool is not open there were bugs in the room

They stop taking check-ins at 10 p.m with nothing stating it on there site. I drove hours with multiple children an animals with no where to stay

It was a decent places to stay Hard time getting the water temp right. The bathroom sink was clogged

The house keeper was nice. And the meth head crossing the parking lot offered me a bag of ice she got at the gas station (literally ice not the other kind) Neighborhood super sketchy, the pool was out of order and looked like it had been that way for quite some time. The lady at the front counter was also very rude when checking us in. Not so Much when we were leaving which makes me think people coming to stay are a bother to her.

The pool was green and staff were not in office 24 hours as advertised.

Worst roach motel I have ever stayed felt my life was in danger the entire stay. The manager should be fired very rude and disgusting non professional will never again book through Hotels.com if this is your typical listing

If I could 0 stars I would!! We had to beat on the forr for 30 minutes for help.They almost wouldn't let us check in after we booked online. When we got in our room there were immediately 2 bugs on the bed of dorty blankets. And the smell! My God it was horrible. And we sound found out why. Someone bowel had apparently exploded in there every day for the century without EVER being flushed. There poop running to floor. We head back downstairs and yet again, no one answered. We had to leave in the middle of the night to pay for another room. Thank God for motel 6, they left the light on and then commode poop free!!!
