Sleep Inn Cartersville - Emerson Lake Point

Excellent stay as always! Friendly staff, clean and I always enjoy the breakfast.

Clean great location, plenty of parking, parking lot was well lit up at night.

It was a last minute reservation and they had a perfect room available with a great location. Only 0.2 miles from the location I was going to. The beds were comfortable, rooms were quiet, and had the best water pressure in the shower if any hotel I have stayed at. The breakfast was great and the staff were considerate and friendly. We always choose this hotel when going to LakePoint Sports!

The bathroom was very dirty with black mold in the shower. The hotel property had trash EVERYWHERE

The staff was friendly and what I noticed and liked was every time I would come into the lobby they were cleaning mopping and doing laundry.

Breakfast was good and my children enjoyed the options. While I understand that the property was undergoing renovations, our window in the room leaked. It was pouring rain and we had to put a trash can to collect the water. No effort was made to discount the room and I noticed that they were full due to games at the athletic complex, which was not our reasoning for staying there.

Pet friendly and clean

The only complaint was the air conditioner. It made an extremely loud noise all night and didn't cool the room. Otherwise, the room was good, the staff was nice, and the breakfast was good.

The breakfast had a good selection of food. The. Dining area well mainltained, and check in was speedy.

Staff was incredibly friendly but the bathrooms were dirty. Sheets and bedding we all clean just the shower had a lot of mold/mildew and hair from pervious stays. In their defense, the property also looked like it was going through some type of renovations. Excellent location. Very convenient to Starbucks and various food options.

We have stayed at this Hotel several times. we love it!

Breakfast was not great. It was the same exact thing every single day and they have those reconstituted powdered eggs that don’t even taste like real eggs and they had sausage that tasted like nothing but fat. I was hoping that maybe one day there would be a turkey sausage option or maybe a bacon option but it never changed. Luckily, you can easily walk across the street to Starbucks. A few things look a little worn down on the property, but maybe they’ll be repaired during the update that they’re working on.
