Good, but needs some work; the equipment is old and needs replacing. I need to exchange my room, the shower was not working (no hot water)
-
Staff was very friendly, however, we had a lengthy wait after the check in time before our room was ready.

Wish we had of stayed longer! Beautiful room, big balcony, and great set-up. Grounds were lovely and a nice pool area. Short drive to the beach and located in a very quiet neighbourhood
-
The staff appeared very intent on adding extra charges, especially for breakfast. My reservation included only one meal, but they assumed the second person was eating too.

The check-in staff was nice, and the bathrooms were good too. Very old and outdated buildings in general, and the rooms too. Desperately needing a renovation. Simple and unappealing breakfast.

Lovely hotel and facilities. Really enjoyed the studio apartment which had all the kitchen gadgets you need if you wanted to be self catering. We chose to eat in the buffet restaurant. 18 euros which was great value as we ended up having 4 courses each. Drinks were cheaper at the hotel than the seafront which makes a pleasant change. This hotel, although only 1.2 km from the seafront, it is on top of the steepest hill! Walked it, but would not do it again!

It was the best stay we had in Algarve. Loved everything about the hotel, updated large sized rooms, comfortable beds, free parking and most of all, the food was amazing. We got breakfast and dinner every night and it was so delicious, lots of variety and amazing value. The staff in the dining room were amazing too. Always greeted us with big smiles and good service. Best decision to stay at this hotel. Absolutely nothing.

Short but a really nice stay! The room was huge, bed super comfy, and the shower was fab. Breakfast had lots of choice, including lactose-free options and fresh fruit (big plus!). Location was handy and the room was quiet - at least in September. Staff were great, special shout-out to Rafael on reception who was especially helpful and friendly! The only downside is that the hotel looks a bit dated inside and could use some TLC. The cupboard doors in the room were a bit wonky, the bathroom door didn’t close properly, and we noticed some marks on the ceiling (above the bed, in the corners) that looked like mould stains.

Friendly staff Location - steep hill down to the town. The room/all hotel corridors etc could do with a good revamp, very poor for a 4 star hotel. Breakfast very limited. Sorry not impressed at all,

Well located, nice pool area and plenty of parking Seriously needs some renovations. Our balcony doors were really bad and full of mold

Quote comfortable and although there was a room above me, it was quiet . The breakfast was standard fare and good . It didn’t bother me, but if you want to be where the action is, you need to be closer to the beach. This hotel is up the hill about 1 km and is a bugger of a walk back uphill. I liked the setting but you might not

It was a very nice location. The room was very spacious.

For a family with children - love the Pool, and breakfast. Ample onsite parking, big balcony were also very nice. Pictures of the hotel exterior and rooms were misleading - we expected an apartment but it was really two hotel rooms together (no living room space or interior table for eating). The rooms are much older than shown in the photos. Mini kitchen space was VERY dated which explains why no pictures of this space are shown on (also misleading). Tennis courts are completely abandoned, and this should be noted on the website as once again the picture of a maintained functional tennis court is completely misleading. We found our room which faced the parking noisy in the evening (up to midnight, sometimes later) with people coming/going and general traffic on the road leading to the hotel. There is no sound protection between walls/windows.
-
The staff is rude. We do not recommend to anyone and we will not come again ourselves

Paint peeling on the walls and the windows, felt stark and empty inside the room. It’s was very basic.
