Terrible late-checkin experience. We called beforehand to inform we're arriving late, the hotel told us that was completely fine and to call the security when we arrive. We arrived at 11pm as agreed, called the security. He ignored our first 4 calls, answered the 5th and hung up after arguing in Portuguese. Our only refuge was the restaurant nearby. Luckily they were able to get a hold of a manager that got the door open for us. We ended up waiting 30-45 mins for this whole thing, what a waste of time. We wanted to share our experience with the reception the following day, they completely ignored it and told us to come another time to complain to someone else.

Excellent maintained property The dining room chair legs need felt bottoms to prevent them from scraping across the tile floor
-
Found it far from town but we worked it out.
-
Lovely place lots of space and everything we could need. We were off season and not all amenities (breakfast, bus into town) were available, these were not clearly communicated prior to arrival

It was absolutely beautiful. We were in a two bedroom home. Lush gardens a big pool and hot tub. There was nothing we did not love about it.
-
Loved the fireplace. Wifi was weak and sometimes didn’t work.

This was a beautiful spot. The room we had was an appartment with a kitchen, dining area, couch, and lots of space. The Balcony was very nice to sit on and enjoy the sun. While not much was open because of it being off season, it still felt great and a wonderful restaurant as well. The whole resort was bigger than expected as well.

Apartment was immaculate, beautifully decorated and furnished. Fantastic sized pools and not to busy (June), both the one near our apartment and the main ones near reception. Staff all very friendly on the occasions we engaged with then. Pools felt like they could have been a bit cleaner. Nothing serious though as used them every day all the same!! Worth noting that is a huge complex and some apartments will be further from than town and from main reception area than you'd realise from the description. We were aware of this so didn't bother us but might be an issue if you weren't aware.
-
Pleased with everything - but a little pricey for the time of year - staff were great ! Outside lighting throughout the complex was lacking - had to use my flashlight phone for evening walks !
-
Sweet apartment with lots of great features such as a towel warmer, kitchenette, and washing machine. While it had a kitchenette, it didn’t have things like salt & pepper, paper towels, or napkins, but we were able to get some from the restaurant across the street from our unit. There is a mini market onsite to purchase these items.

The pool was nice and the bed was very comfortable. Location was ideal for us as we were travelling around the Algarve coast line and it was very central to most of the places we wanted to visit. As well as, as great hiking trail not far from the condo. A few more small items like salt and pepper. But no big deal , as we just went and bought what we needed . The traffic outside going by was sometimes a little annoying, but you got used to it and we were out a lot.
-
Spacious condo Older property. Slightly run down and in need of updates
-
The first night on the studio was a bad experience, I had alergic with the musty smell.
-
The pool was great and the staff was friendly and helpful. It is a convenient location to use as a base as long as you have a car to explore the area. We enjoyed Trattoria Oliveira very much. The room was comfortable but could use some updating. We checked in after dark and it is difficult to find the room you are in on the property due to no markings on the outside of the building by the road.
-
Terrible mattress and horrible pillows.
-
Great pools & onsite restaurants, comfortable and well maintained units, walking distance of beach/town. Nice little minimart on site.

The location was equal parts beautiful, accommodating, and convenient. The landscaping details with all the flowers everywhere was so beautiful. Definitely my wife’s favorite part. The reception desk & staff was always helpful and kind. Whenever we had questions or an issue, they made sure to take care of it. The amenities are incredible for the value. In my experience, getting a full kitchen, washer, dryer, dishwasher, 2 showers, big living space AND fully stocked cooking utensils at the price, is almost unheard of in other parts of Europe. There was nothing we were missing. With the fully loaded kitchen we were able to go to a local grocery store and buy local produce to make our own food, which saves us money on dining & allows us to experience food just as the locals would. The value for the place is tremendous. It was not far from the beaches, petrol stations, grocery stores, etc. good place, good people. Can’t recommend enough! When booking your room there is the option to have breakfast included or not. To save some money, we did not choose the option that included breakfast. It is 10€ more. It would have been nice to always have breakfast included by default, but If you’re willing to buy groceries, you can make a really good breakfast with fresh fruit, bread, juice, etc.

Everything is so clean, the place is huge, and they have everything: many pools, golf place, place for kids, etc. it’s a complete accommodation. Breakfast is good, and all the staff are friendly! It was a bit difficult to find our apartment because we arrived late, and the reception was closed, and the security guard was new and he did know the place well. Also the pillows could be better, but our stay was perfect anyway!

i have to say was very nice and pleasant, we went there to relax for a few days and that's what we got The pool could have been a bit warmer.

It is a lovely resort which was a bit quieter tho time of year. We were close to a pool area, the shop, main reception and restaurant were about min walk. To get to beaches, you'd definitely need a car.Breakfast was included and it was great. Edgar, who was at the breakfast bar both mornings, needs a special mention. He was exceptionally friendly. Like others have complained, the lack of a dish cloth and soap for washing dishes is a problem. There must be a reason for this. Basic toiletries and a hair dryer will be helpful. Some tourists fly in with very little luggage allowances.
