I arrived and there was no one ar reception for more than 25min. Receptionist finally arrived and said she had been to the loo but that Wasnt even true she had been smoke ciggies and smell definitely confirmed it. Lots of potential bad defo badly managed

We loved how centrally located Gramacho is. We loved the clubhouse, the food and staff were great! We loved walking around the resort. My husband and son loved the golf! The resort in total is great and we will be coming back next year to stay in a different villa that is modern and comfortable. We didn’t like our bed in villa 165A. It was super springy and so uncomfortable. The villa was quite dated but it was clean and functional. We wished there had been washing detergent for the washing machine-I had to go out and buy some to do laundry. Some of the pool chairs and umbrellas at the communal pool are broken. Felt like those could be fixed/or upgraded so there were more chairs for everyone. Also a lot of people left towels on their chairs when they weren’t there so there were very few spaces to sit some days. I know the board said people shouldn’t reserve seats with towels but people are doing it - feels like someone needs to enforce the rules a bit on that.

The grounds of this property were lovely and the exterior of our unit was fine Upon entering the unit we rented it was obvious that it was very dated and poorly maintained. The countertops had dried food stuck on it. Light switches were dirty. The bidet had feces stuck on the side. The lower cabinet facia board in bathroom was rotten and smelled awful. Killed cpl spiders and knocked down cobwebs. Not at all what we expected

The location was where we wanted to be The property was a bit tired and needed some painting and the some of furnishings needed cleaning and replacing ie. The foils on the window had a big rip in them. Then outside cushions were dirty, also then stool in the bedroom was stained. The toilet roll holder was loose and the door handle for the kitchen came off in my hand. Reported the door handle to the receptionist and it was fixed the next day.

Good apartment ( second one with air con ;-) ) staff very friendly and helpful, close proximity to the pool. Beautiful views at mealtime. 5 min drive to Ferragudo, large Auchen supermarket, gym. Good location for a base in the Algarve. Pics included from Seville - 2 hr car journey. More suited for non summer visit - 44 degress on our day! Breakfast was poor, first room allocated there was no air conditioning, don't even imagine doing that in July or August! Pool could sometimes be very busy with no sunbeds. Would assume this is only July/August though.

There were no towels on arrival. The toilet was stained withurine. The dishwasher was full The outdoor furniture was poor. There was a wasps nest and my husband was stung. We had an intruder allowed to come to our apt through security at 7 am. The kettle was us and although reported 3 times was not replaced. Work men on site using disc cutters so we could not enjoy the terrace

Spacious apartment, very well equipped. Secure and peaceful location. The only thing that could be improved would be to add air conditioning in the bedrooms.

There were no advanced details about checking in at reception. The indoor pool and working clubhouse was at Gramacho, a 10 minute drive from the apartment we were given. Indoor pool in poor condition many of ikes missing. Apartment quite good, no kitchen towels, or dishwasher tablets provided. Washing machine broke down during use. Engineer came very quickly to repair

Nothing! Where do I start. All the rooms had ant, spiders, cobweb every where, Air-conditioning not working, toilet do not flush, Television do not work, reception not ready to help, not answering the calls. I should be charged for the time of torture in all respect. I will never ever suggest any one to go at this property. I really want to give negative 10. Stay away from this property.

We paid 1200€ for two nights in a villa. When we got there, the villa was severely dirty - spider webs in the corners, razor blades and hair from the previous guests in the toilets, dirty windows, dirty cutlery, cigarettes and dirty chairs outside. The house had no air conditioning and the temperature was very high inside. We called and the cleaning crew came but still, terrible first impression and definitely not worth the money. I trusted the Pestana Group before, not anymore.
