The property is gorgeous and well-maintained! Our room was beautiful and cleaned every day! The staff is very friendly, helpful, professional and fun! Our favorite was Joe, the bartender! He gave us great ideas about what to do on the island as well as provided over the top service for our entire staff. The rest of the staff is amazing, too, and go out of their way to assist and create a very pleasant atmosphere for relaxation and fun!

Breakfast was wonderful, great selection and you can order cooked plates too. The front desk set up a rental car for us which was dropped off at the hotel. We had a beautiful sea view room with private balcony and we had one day warm enough that we could enjoy the outdoor deck area to swim which was gorgeous.

My husband and I stayed at Hotel La Madonnina for three nights during our honeymoon, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff gave us a warm welcome and guided us to our room, where a thoughtful bottle of Prosecco was waiting as a gift. Throughout our stay, the staff were attentive and incredibly helpful with all of our questions and requests. The beach area was stunning, with comfortable daybeds, spotless restrooms, excellent food and drinks, and the most inviting sea for swimming. Breakfast each morning was a delight, offering a wide variety of traditional Italian items alongside hot à la carte dishes. (Don’t miss the daily cake—it’s always fantastic!) We also made use of the indoor pools and treated ourselves to massages, both of which were relaxing and beautifully done. Overall, our time at La Madonnina was exceptional, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting. The only minor drawback during our otherwise wonderful stay was the bathroom setup. The shower was quite small, which made it a little tricky for us as as bigger people. Especially when washing my hair, as I often bumped my arms on the walls and doors. There also wasn’t any counter space for our belongings in the bathroom. That said, this was a very minor inconvenience compared to how fantastic everything else was.

friendly staff, outstanding delicious breakfast, beautiful views, close to the bus stop and restaurants

The property isn’t near a town, but you can easily get to an area by bus or taxi, there are also very close shops/restaurants nearby. The staff was very helpful in assisting us with getting a taxi and they ensured our honeymoon was special with our stay there. Definitely want to visit more in the summer season since we visited mid October and would have loved to be able to utilize the beach access more but that was due to the time of year.

Beautiful location!
-
Perfect location near the second ferry station. A spectacular cliff side villa hotel and friendly staff. Beachfront access via an elevator and hot springs. This is the resort where you want to stay longer. So many restaurants and shops with in walking distance. The setting was ideal for a long stay. Love all the personality owners put in to make a great Hotel.

Location was fantastic Nothing

Great location family owned hotel, was everything we hoped for. Very authentic Italian experience. My friend and I do not know any Italian so there where some communication issues but that was expected and more on us than them. I wish I had practiced more with a translation app, I think that would have really helped us!

The location is stunning. The room was nice. Individuals at the front desk were warm and helpful. The bartender at the beach was very nice and made good drinks. The lunch options were limited and very over priced. Portions were small. When we sat down for breakfast we were not offered coffee or told that we could order items from the menu. Im an American and I did not get the sane treatment as native Italians even though I speak some Italian. We were not told that we could reserve chairs at the beach, and when I did, it was given to another family because they need to sit together. I guess me and my husband are not considered a family . I should also mention that i came down that morning to ensure that i got my reserved seats. No one asked us if we wanted drinks or lunch at our chairs over the course of 4 days. At Breakfast, we were served cold cappuccino. The waitress was rude on multiple occasions. I witnessed her being more attentive and pleasant with other guests. I should mention that we stayed in a superior room, tipped the staff and are always courteous. I have traveled all over Italy and I have never been treated so terribly!

Such a beautiful resort! Breakfast was outstanding and lots to choose from! Everyone was so friendly and they care that we were comfortable. Very clean! So much attention to detail. The only thing not great was the restaurant at dinner. Food was bland and not great. Would skip the restaurant for dinner in the future.

Had a great time. Staff was very welcoming and attentive. Francesco had great recommendations and always made sure we were taken care of. Luca made our time at the beach seamless.

Absolutely beautiful, exactly like in the pictures! Super clean

Loved the facilities, the pools and thermal spas were unbelievable. The room was great as we had a patio and a day bed. Very private. So relaxing. The spa was wonderful. The staff were very nice and accommodating also, I could WhatsApp them for everything which was great because I didn’t have to go to the front desk for everything. I didn’t like that we had to walk through the dining area to get to our room. The pillows were not very comfortable. The room was fine, it could be a bit more updated, like painted or cleaned as it looked a little run down. But the property & amenities definitely outweighed everything.
-
Everything! It was sparkling clean & fresh, with a Naples/Amalfi Coast vibe decor. We LOVED the white chandeliers, white & turq/blue floor tiles throughout and the beautiful outdoor setting, beach & lounging decks and amenities. Breakfast was superb as were the cappuccinos! And the great bartender made us some gorgeous & very tasty drinks! I plan to return. Nothing.

The location was amazing! Right on the coast with ocean access and gorgeous outdoor areas for soaking up the sun or having a cocktail at the bar. The staff was so fabulous!! So friendly and helpful. They had great recommendations for restaurants and thing to do. They were happy to make dinner reservations. Wonderful breakfast in a beautiful room facing the sea. Loved walking to the Casamicciola Terme for dinner and gelato. Easy access to take the bus to the port, the Castello, St Angelo etc. The hotel has the best cab driver on call as well. Then of course is the amazing spa. Great massage. Love the thermal water pool and the sauna. Great stay!! NA
