The hotel staff were really nice and helpful There was no fridge. The room was small for a family of 4. You could hear everything from the adjacent rooms.

Nothing This is place is the worst place I've ever been, we arrive to the Naples train station and there is no easy way to get to the hotel A taxi charged us 70€ saying that that was the minimum. Taxis are the worst in Naples. Apart from this, the hotel never answer the phone, the lady from the counter was really disrespectful and her service was terrible, she better street working in other job cause customer service is not for her... There is a place or a word to describe something awful, bad, messy and terrible that would be hotel martini ?

Ok breakfast, helpful staff, clean towels and beds. The rooms are clean-ish. The location is quite bad- the busses aren't running regularly and the taxis charge a lot because "it's not in the Naples area". The rooms are very old and not too nice (peeling and dirty walls), the shower is old mouldy... There is a very subtle smoke smell, which didn't bother us but might bother you if you're more sensitive.
