The only bad thing in my opinion if you have a room next to the street is awful.The noise is loud and you cannot sleep.

People was friendly breakfast was excellent Check in should be at least 2:00 especially when people arrive early by 12:00 due to early arrival from airport

The hotel (in my opinion) is the best hotel in Naples! My family of 4 felt really safe and comfortable at this hotel. Gabriel was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and gave us good recommendations for a pizza place close by. It’s fantastic for a night before you have to go to the airport The rooms that face the street are pretty noisy in the evening.

The hotel itself was nice but the bathroom shower was disgusting. The shower tiles were filled with black mold.

Location not very good to get around. Far from subway to get to sight seeing areas. The room we had faced the city street very noisy all night.

Super easy to get to airport from this location. Also had available secure parking nearby. Breakfast was plentiful and good. Naples is just a dirty city- everywhere. The hotel is clean and great for a one night stay near airport. Good pizza & bakery places nearby

Perfect for a one night stay in Naples! We wanted to book close to the airport for an early morning flight.

Breakfast was good, mostly European continental. The location isn't too far from the airport, but the cab on a Mon morning was still very expensive. The area has some restaurants to go to, but not much in the way of attractions or things to do. The AC in the room was very nice and overall, the room was in very nice shape and enjoyable to stay in. The shower in the bathroom was leaky and got all over the floor. The TV could have been bigger as well.

Breakfast ok with minimum assortments but enough for starting the day. There was a small room (6 max 7 tables) for having breakfast with a lot of noise (talks) made by their employees. We stayed 4 days and in the last day the cleaning was supperficial and we were left without shampoo (probably because we have not left the "tip"). The area/location is noisy and crowdy but I think this is Napoli....

Hotel was excellent. Best to take a bus to the hotel from the city centre but we knew this in advance.
