Hotel Fiorentina

The female staff who came was very nice The bed was waaaay smaller than you had illustrated. Also, at around 9;30PM I went downstairs right next door to get together with friends and for something to eat. I was locked out. I resorted to knocking then ringing all doorbells for someone to let me in an hour later. I did not know that the place locked at 10:30PM. The next day I struggled to find out how to exit the building with my luggage. Only a third of the door opened. There was no information on how to exit either

We weren't allowed to have food in the rooms, which is understandable, but made for a kink in some of our plans like the late arrival and early checkouts. But I get it's for cleanliness reasons.

Room was great Bed was a bit one sided

The entire room had a foul smell. The room was cramped and very dated. The noisy heater turned on and off every few minutes.

quiet place away from the busy street, newly renovated, rooms with marble floors, friendly owner, well organized (booked a 4 AM taxi) there was no explanation what Fiorentina means. not on the website.

-It's cheap compared to other hotels around -Location is close to airport -Hotel is old so room and everything has not been refurbished in a long time (some pics posted on Booking.com page were misleading definitely not as nice in person) -Heating was weak, almost none existent (kinda cold - stayed in Jan time) -Cleanliness was just ok -Not very soundproof can hear people through corridor

The hotel room was really nice and the beds were comfy The heating was switched off before our arrival and the windows were left open so it was really cold the first day. Next day the cleaning service left the windows open again...

We booked this hotel due to it's proximity to the airport. Because of the price, we weren't expecting much but they absolutely exceeded our expectations. The room was modern, extremely clean and beautiful. The gentleman who checked us in was amazing, very friendly and helpful. By far, the best accommodation we had in our 11 day stay in Italy. Loved everything! Absolutely no complaints!

Superb

Basic room but very clean in historic building. This I think is a family business and the staff were really helpful and friendly. Also multi lingual and tolerant of my attempts at speaking Italian. Very understanding when I caused the shower to overflow. The pizzeria next door did totally amazing pizzas! The shower tray overflowed and flooded the room.

Price and location for airport

The staff and the owner was very polite and very kind and whenever we needed help they were available.the room was very clean and more than we expected .

Its location made it easy to explore the surrounding areas and take day trips without dealing with the hectic city traffic. One of the best perks was the free parking on-site, which was a huge bonus and saved us the hassle of finding parking or paying extra fees. The hotel itself was comfortable and quiet, has the basics, offering a relaxing retreat after a day of sightseeing. It’s an ideal choice for anyone looking to explore Naples and its surroundings by car. Also is worth it to mention that we found good places for breakfast and late dinner short walking distance from the hotel.

No elevator or anybody to help with bags.

Nothing. If you book the economy room, please know you will be put in the part of the hotel that has not been renovated. That is not disclosed in the listing or reflected in the pictures. I’ve stayed in college dorm rooms that are nicer. Stains on the walls. Bed and pillows uncomfortable. Was not clean- mold in shower. Shower is separate from the rest of the bathroom by a curtain. Do not waste your money

Everything. I felt at home.

The location has stores and restaurants… the building is old but clean. Taxi is 20 euros… all hotels around airport in Naples are iffy. This one is solid. Good price. Old shower but clean! Shower needs upgrade
