The hostess Sandra was lovely! So welcoming and gave me wonderful suggestions of places to go/things to do. Truly picturesque area and so peaceful! Breakfast was also delicious ?? Highly recommend!

the location is difficult to reach and it is uphill, we were recommended to go down with the car to see the waterfall near the B&B but it was serious adventure the car was saved from being damaged with difficylty .it was not a areal waterfall . part of. the way down we had to use very rocky and steeped and rough. way not totally recommended. The host was coperative but always stressed and in a hurry may be she was out of good mood

Sandra was a very nice host. We stayed here for only 1 night, unfortunately! Everything you could need is in the family room, even a washing machine. She served the breakfast outside, which was perfect. It is a quiet neighbourhood but still close to Varese and the lake. Nothing.

We loved the location. Very quiet neigbourhood. We stayed in a yellow room shown in photos. It consists of one room with full open kitchen and a dining area, and sitting area, as well as beds. There was plenty on beds for our family of 4. Kitchen was fully equipped. The apartment has a private bathroom. I recall one particular review where a lack on toiletries was mentioned. There was a hand soap in that bathroom. There are also plenty of towels for the guests. The breakfast was beautifully served and generous. There is a small terrace outside villa where one can sit and enjoy the view. Since it is also a host's home, we were a bit confused what rooms and areas in the house we were allowed to enter. We didn't get any clear information on that. The rented room felt like a dormitory, but it was okey for one night. We were unable to watch tv, as there were no instructions for navigating between two remote controllers.

Large room with fully equipped kitchen and large bathroom with big shower. Madam Sandra very nice and helpful lady. For us was no problem but no airco in the room.

Villa Campo dei Fiori offers a very spacious room including a kitchen, so basically it's more like a studio. It was clean, with a very spacious bathroom as well. Private parking for free, behind the fence, is an added bonus. The breakfast was good, and the host Sandra did her best to offer a vegan breakfast - very friendly. The check-in was a bit rushed; we got the impression that we were interrupting the host Sandra with something and therefore she seemed a bit stressed. The same more or less happened at breakfast. Don't get me wrong - Sandra is a very friendly host but the energy (everything was done very fast, chaotic and stressed) did not make us feel very welcome. I think if Sandra takes her time to greet her guests and makes them feel at home this would help a lot!

You are very much in a home but also have your own (very spacious!) room with a lovely private bathroom. lovely hostess who gave us a good suggestion for a local restaurant (ended up choosing another whilst we stayed but did take her up on it 2 days later when passing back through the area- amazing food!) made us an amazing breakfast spread and really made us feel welcome. very clean! nil

We received a really warm and friendly welcome. The B&B is in a lovely, green and quiet location and is also convenient for Varese and the surrounding villages. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious.
