The breakfast was always the same

Nothing positive really to say 1) Receptionist didn't speak/understand English hardly at all; 2) the bed was way too firm for me, but was fine for my husband; 3) the furniture was old and worn; 4) there were no cups/glasses in the room - you would have to pay for bottled water if you needed water to take pills; 5) the 7 min taxi ride from the Naples airport to the hotel was 30 euros - because the hotel was outside Naples city limits - ridiculous; 6) Breakfast was included but we didn't stay for it - we just wanted to leave as soon as possible in the morning.

Good location close to the airport but no shuttle servicE. 40 euros is too much for a 10 minute drive. Breakfast was mediocre. No hot water for tea. No offer of a cappuccino.

one of the staff members was very rude and the breakfast tenable they had the same food out from day one nothing had bee

Comfortable bed and clean room with a great view from the balcony. Good AC. Some soundproofing would really help as the road outside was very noisy. Fridge in room also made a noise. Breakfast is very basic.

There was a good machine in reception with cold drinks at very reasonable prices which were very welcome as we arrived tired, hot and dehydrated from the plane. The room was comfortable and we felt really safe overnight, as just at the end of the corridor there was easy access to a modern fire escape down the outside of the building. In the morning when opening the grille on the patio windows we discovered we had a balcony with a great view - one way to some typical Italian flats and the other to Vesuvius which was amazing (see photos). We didn't even expect a balcony, and it was a great photo-opportunity! The breakfast had an excellent variety of cold food like pastries, cereal, yoghurt etc. and a good choice of hot drinks. It was a huge table of stuff to choose from - actually the best breakfast we had on our whole holiday although this was only a one-night stop due to arriving late at the airport. The girl serving at breakfast was very pleasant and helpful with directions for our onward journey. The staff on the desk when we arrived didn't seem to speak any English (or understand our Italian, which wasn't surprising!) They weren't unpleasant, just seemed very reserved, not as welcoming as you might expect staff to be on a hotel reception desk. The bathroom and shower didn't look that inviting, but we were only there for one night so it didn't matter too much. We couldn't get the air-con to work at all so we had to open the window for air.

Friendly staff, close proximity to the airport, they arranged for a driver. Smell of cigarette smoke in the lobby.

The Hotel is located 10 minutes from the airport. There was no room service, such as water, tea, cofee, kettle, slippers. The price is little bit higher than expected.

The main manager/owner was very friendly and helpful, as were a few of the other employees. We were given rooms next to the elevator and above the noisy espresso machine twice during our few day stay, and on another occasion they put unchaperoned school kids on our floor who were running back and forth between their few rooms. When I firmly asked to have my room changed to another floor they refused, I believe only because I answered honestly that I had used the room to take a shower. They didn't want to be bothered with having to prepare it again.

No English just Italian spoken Breakfast included but due to early flight no package to go Reception charged us 60 euro for taxi but we ended up paying another 30 euro to the taxi driver because he was not informed … stay away from these kind of practices

Everything was fine there. Casoria is another town, belongs not to Napoli, however not far away from the city. We had to use the bus 182 to Piazza Dante (metro station), it took about 50 minutes.
