Good and clean without a lot of frills. Close to some good restaurants and safe. Will stay here again, if we need a place to stay in the area.

Confortable stay as we drove from Mount Rushmore to Salt Lake City. The coffee/tea tray should not be in the bathroom; it is not hygienic.

The staff was great and genuinely helpful and the property was very well maintained. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Will stay again.

Good Breakfast, convenient location. The air conditioner didn't work and the outside air temperature was 100 degrees. The room was in the high 70's, but was not as comfortable as it should have been.

Hotel is newer and clean. Evening front desk staff was great! Breakfast staff...perhaps more training on customer service. Guests above had a child running back and forth until the wee hours (after midnight) and if seemed loud. Bathroom lighting is very poor.

As for the room, it was clean and looked pleasant but had a refrigerator that did not cool properly. in addition, no one with dogs should be placed in a room next to the elevator. There were workers leaving at 3:15 a.m. and they were talking which alerted our dogs. The same is true in the evenings. We also had a remote which did not work so we took it to the manager who replaced the batteries and volunteered to come show us how the remote worked. After he tried everything he had to admit it did not work. However, he did not volunteer to replace that remote or ask if we would like a different room (not that we would have moved at that point after arriving later in the first place). If you have a lot of electronics to charge you need to bring cords with adaptors as they only have standard outlets and no USB ports.
