Check in was fast and easy. The young man at the desk was friendly but gave me an eye roll when I had to ask for help with the tv. The beds were decent and the room was clean for what you could see. I had to move the sofa bed to retrieve my Grand daughter’s glass case that fell behind it, and that area appeared to have not been cleaned anytime since it was put there. Made me wonder how often they deep cleaned their facility.

We were travelling as a family with a 10-month-old baby, a 4-year-old child, and a 75-year-old senior. After completing the drive to Casper, we realized that the distance was extremely difficult for the children and exhausting for our family. For our return trip, we needed to shorten the driving day and stay in Sheridan instead. I explained to the manager when we were at Casper, begged for a one time refund or even a partial refund or allow us to move the reservation to another Choice Hotels property along our route as the reservation is a refundable. She agreed to talk to the management and get a one time refund but refused to get back to me. I eventually called and she said they cannot do nothing about it. I pleaded but no care or concern or empathy, just a blatant no. Had to leave my mum behind while returning cos she can’t do the long trip. This is besides the fact that the hotel is old, telephone isn’t working, no breakfast. Never going there due no reason.

Dont plan on staying in a balcony room if it rains. Our balcony door leaked so bad the carpet 2 feet into the room was soaked. Couldnt change rooms. All they gave us was bath mats to step on

It took 2 days to get clean towels. Pool area was always low on towels. When I checked into my room the TV did not work and the bathrooms exhaust fan did not work. Their was very limited amenities.

2. Front desk clerk became very rude after my complaints of the air conditioning and she complained of my family visitors. 3. Room wasn’t clean and the bathroom stunk like urine! 4. I was Offered a refund by the front desk clerk to leave due to the air conditioner not working at around 7pm. I told her I had nowhere to go, I was from out of town. I left for a short time and found another room to rent that had air conditioning. I believed I was getting a refund. I had to leave from overheating, it was 105 degrees, it took me a while to find another room in town because it was fully booked everywhere. I checked out at 10pm. 5. I checked for my refund the next day and it wasn’t there. 6. I called to talk to the manager and she refused to give me my refund being I checked out so late and the staff said I was harassing the clerk while she had other customers. I was only informing her that all her recommendations never helped . She never came to the room and the manager was calling me a liar, that she always comes to the room to help. She never did. They acted like this situation was my all my fault. *i would’ve never talked to that lady once if that air conditioner would’ve been working! I am not a rude person, and I never intentionally harassed that lady, I was only informing her. **** I will never rent a room here again *****

Great property right off the interstate. Staff were great and property was safe and quiet.

Overall, our stay here was good. The towels were a little old, the A/C unit could use a cleaning and the room smelled like a wet sock but overall everything else was good.

We were very happy with the property. It was next to two other higher priced hotels.no breakfast didn't matter to us. Don't like powdered eggs so we were good. I would rather save the $30.
