Such a wonderful place to relax, My kids loved swimming ,they also really enjoyed the fish as well as the indoor waterfall and breakfast was a fun experience for them to make some delicious pancakes !!! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

The rooms need a bit of TLC but our stay was comfortable. The inside is impressive even though we didn’t use any of the hot tubs.

This is a very busy motel, which indicates how popular it is! All of the interior wooden staircases leading to the center of the 3-story structure are beautiful! The building is clean and well-maintained. There were a large cleaning staff and beautiful, clean rooms. The receptionists at the front desk were also very pleasant.

We had an excellent one-night stop here. We had a second floor room with a balcony which felt private and looked down into the courtyard. The courtyard's log railings and mountain-themed decor were really fun and my 6yo and 4yo loved it. They also loved checking on the fish in the koi pond throughout our stay. There are 4 private gated hot tubs in the courtyard and we were always able to find one available when we wanted to. The pool area is in its own glassed-in area and also has a kiddie pool and another hot tub. The included breakfast has all the basics and was decent overall. Would definitely stay again.

I had hotel staff walk in on me twice on a one night stay. Check out was at noon and both came in before that time - the first when I was not dressed. The only thing that saved me was that I had latched the door stopper. I responded to their knocks verbally on both occasions. I couldn’t even get to the door before the second one entered. Completely unacceptable.
