Grandson couldn't get into the bathroom being wheelchair bound.

Room was clean, quiet and the AC worked. Breakfast was sad but lets face it, since COVID, most hotel breakfast is pretty shameful.

We were in room 112 and there needs to be some upkeep done. The hvac filter needs to be changed - it smells moldy. The wallpaper in the bathroom is falling down. All that being said, after a 23 mile backpacking trip the bed was perfect and the shower hot. I would certainly stay there again.

Great place would stay there again anytime

Location We traveled 4.5 hrs and upon arrival were told we couldn't stay because of our cat. We called ahead the day before and were told that wouldn't be a problem. Upon arrival the general mgr told me she didn't care what we were told by the desk clerk, which she apparently trained herself, and that we couldn't stay. She was sarcastic and seemed like she could care less about the spot she had put us in. She didn't even want to print out a stay receipt saying we wouldn't be charged and I would have to settle with an email. After telling her I would call Baymont she relented. I will never stay at any Baymont again if this is the kind of person they put in charge. We don't always travel with our cat but this was an unexpected trip and we had no choice.

Exceptional

The lobby is not the best but the staff was nice. I was skeptical going into the room but was pleasantly surprised with its overall cleanliness. Save for dust on the nightstands, it was pretty clean. The tv in my first room didn’t work so they moved me right away. I guess some gals had some problems with their entry card so they do have some technical issues. I booked the night before and paid a little over $100 so I didn’t expect much. Considering the short notice and the price, I think I got a decent deal and would stay there again.

Very nice great value had a good stay

My GO-TO place to stay any time I'm in the Casper area. Rooms are clean, staff is amicable and it's a place I feel safe and can get a good night's rest.

Easy access

Wasn’t a fan. Noisy AC. Train and traffic. Bad tasting coffee out of a weird machine.

Place has not been maintained. This used to be a great place. Last year or so went South Fast. My wife and daughters went on a trip to visit each other. Room had mold, sheets stained had a musty nasty smell. Wife and one daughter us sick from the mold.. Do Mit stay here. Would not give partial refund. Basically told my family to deal with it and the room was already paid for. Would NOT give them a different room.. So mad I stayed and worked. I would have demanded more.
