I was disappointed by the lack of communication and housekeeping. At check-in, I was not told that room cleaning was not provided daily, which was unexpected since I am not from the area. I also was not given the Wi-Fi password, and it was not posted anywhere in the room. Additionally, the window curtain would not roll down properly, which affected privacy and comfort. When I requested housekeeping on the third day, the room was not properly cleaned. The beds were made and towels replaced, but the bathroom floor was not swept, the counters were not wiped down, and the floors were not cleaned, which I found very unpleasant.

The pool was down due to remodels but the staff was super kind about it and tried to make it better in anyway they could. The entire place was very very clean. The room was clean and spacious. My daughter loved the pancake machine at breakfast. Overall great hotel.

Pool closed signage said “Under Construction”. Our room was on fourth floor at rear of hotel. There is a bar located a block away “Oil City Brew” the music from this bar caused a vibration that caused the windows and floor to vibrate. This went on until midnight. HORRIBLE! The room seemed clean overall, stains in carpet. Breakfast was nice, lots of options. The lady working breakfast area was very friendly and helpful. Staff was very friendly.

We had a great stay. The room was excellent - very clean and comfortable (especially the bed). When we checked in, the front desk attendant, Heidi, was very pleasant and helpful. The only complaint we had was that the morning front desk attendant was less helpful

Everything was good. Only doelwnside was pool was out of service for maintenance.

Alex was great! Welcomed us warmly. We asked for dinner suggestions and he had some great recommendations. The hotel was renovated and had modern decor which was really nice. Comfortable beds and nice hot shower. The pool/hot tub were under construction but they said we could use the pool at the neighboring hotel. If you’re planning on going to the Casper area, I recommend this hotel!
