Days Inn by Wyndham Casper

The room was OK. The bed were pretty good pillows were not the best breakfast was pretty good, but so many things didn’t work. The ice machine what’s out of water the orange juice was out of order. There were other things that were out of order so they definitely need to update their property.

The breakfast was lacking but the bed was great, the shower hot, and the room very comfortable

Good, clean motel close to the highway. Nothing fancy but easy to find.

Love the beds snd the pool. Sfaff was excellent. Only downside was the out-of-order ice machine.

The staff was amazing. The property was clean however I feel like the cleaning staff either rushed or forgot (which happens) as the fridge was full of previous guests food. The bedsheets had hair and what appeared to be sand under the blanket. Bed was made just sheets weren’t cleaned. But overall great atmosphere.

Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. My only problem with the room was the bathroom tub being bfojfn.

It was why over priced. Little options for breakfast

Our stay here was interesting, the rooms were clean and that is always my main focus. But when we got to our room the toilet wouldn't stop running and there were no towels. We were traveling with a group and both other rooms either had an AC unit that could rival a diesel truck and the other could almost pull out the faucets from the wall in the shower... Other then that it was a nice hotel and the breakfast was really good.

There was an awful odor. I could not sleep all night for someone banging on something with possibly the work or construction crew. How many other people complain about the terrible noise all night till about 330 am

Staff was exceptional - Leah and Hailey were both very kind and helpful Parking shortage during a large event - Leah helped out with the problem as soon as k inquired about it

Breakfast was so so. Nothing great.

the room smelled like pet urine, and we were not able to stay in the room.

Staff was amazing, nothing wrong with them. Hotel is overpriced as they have old appliances and you can see the wear and tear on them. A rodeo event might have increased the price but it is not worth to pay $150 for a night

The room was very clean

My mom called me and said it was the “worst hotel she had stayed at in 50 years”. All three of them were horrified. They all keep sending me terrible pictures of the rooms and the decrepit pool with the hose floating in the water… My brother got in the shower the next morning and tried to take a shower and the shower faucet came off in his hand and water sprayed all over the bathroom. There are two full empty closets in my parents room, with no doors on them and no hangers in them. The list goes on and on and on…

Pleasant

Fine Service, one staff over charged us by 3 times the amount because she said my card that booking.com used when I booked the two rooms only covered one room, but the total amount came off before I got there.
