It’s in rough shape but Raj and staff working to renovate hotel basics and improve. Also location area by river could be nice when clean up, rates low, but get what pay for-be very careful with any personal belongings- I had large/attached bag to motorcycle stolen Saturday morning I left for 10 minute walk before start ride for day came back was gone that quick- Crazy never had that in 35 years of travel. Police were quick/nice and helped recover it behind hotel in deep overgrown area- didn’t help hotel has no cameras in parking lot would highly recommend. So be careful and watch your valuables carefully- Raj team will get it in better shape just taking some time.

Budget friendly hotel with clean room and friendly staff.

Staff was quite helpful. Storm caused some flooding in room, but staff was on it! All in all, a decent stay.

The staff were very friendly, the room was clean, breakfast was convenient.

On budget. It is a good hotel.

The air conditioner had seen better days. The property was built in 1972 and was purchased by new owners who in the fall when tourist season was over is to begin updating and renovation of the property. I had a pleasant 2 day stay.

The property is under new ownership and being renovated. The exterior is pretty shabby with peeling paint. I really like the nautical decor in the lobby. I hope they keep that. My upstairs room had not been renovated yet but it was clean, quiet and secure. Lots of TV channels available to watch. Ice machine available. Air conditioner worked well. Hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Convenient location. It's right next to the river with a walking/biking path to explore, and a view of the nearby hills from the upper story. Breakfast was very basic -- cereal, bagels, coffee, orange juice.

Just a basic room, nothing fancy.. A nice, clean room. Great water pressure for a shower.... I checked in a bit early but was not charged an early check in fee, which i appreciated.

Great value for money. Room was a good size, very clean and quiet. Would definitely stay there again.

We didn't have time to take advantage of the breakfast. We could see outside from a crack above the air conditioner.

For one night stay, this property is OK. Close to highway I-25, easy to get gas stations, restaurants, etc. Quite smelly, no proper breakfast.

Better than expected.

I believe when I booked the rating was a 7 out of 10. I would put it at 4. The room was clean but outdated. The overall condition was not good. It’s an older hotel but has years of catching up to make it any higher on my list

Was a good price and convenient location. Older property but they try to keep it up . Wifi was slow but didn't go out at all, AC unit had no remote so have to download an app to run it and it signs itself off after a while so if you want to change the temperature you have to re pair it every time. Was clean , comfortable and the price is right. Waffles, cereal, juice, bagels, small donut packs for breakfast.
