Location. First, was given the wrong room type. Second, while getting the room situation taken care of, maintenance came up to the front desk and told them that the pool was down "again." After inquiring, the maintenance guy told me that it was an ongoing issue with pumps flooding the electrical room and tripping the pool pumps. At that point, we canceled and went somewhere else.

Check in and parking was easy and quick. Room was nice and clean. Convenient location to both the Whiskey Butter where we ate dinner then the Event Center where we went to see Lindsey Stirling perform.

We were visiting from out of town, moving our daughter into Casper College. The 2nd night there, our neighbors were SUPER loud...yelling and screaming at their children. I mentioned this to the night front desk staff, Damian and Rain. They where both apologetic, and wanted us to enjoy our stay, so they moved us to another room. They were helpful and we were very grateful for this, and not expected. Thank you Damian and Rain for making our stay better.

Spacious, inviting, continental breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very helpful.
-
Only thing they could have done better was get more staff for the lounge. Full place and only 1 bar tender to look after it all.

Love the pool & restraint! Staff were great at accommodating for my Mom with an assessable room! Always enjoy staying here!

Staff was extremely helpful. The gentleman at the front desk let us know about events in the area that were happening that night. The bartender was very busy but she was professional at got us drinks quickly. The hotel itself is okay. Nothing special.

The pool was a hit with my son. not just a plain pool, but a couple of small slides and an alligator in the center that they could climb on. Very unique. Unfortunately, we had to ask for hand soap and towels for our room, the hall rug was pretty worn down and there was an odd smell in the hall. Still it served our purpose.

Great location for concert We had to change rooms three different times. The air conditioner didn’t work and the bed was super hard. It was very uncomfortable.

Did not have the room I asked for ac would not go lower then 76 and no air movement

The property was nice and clean. Staff was curiosity but the hot tub was out.

Nothing We scheduled our stay through Booking as a king suite 2 weeks in advance. We showed up to check and they didn't have our reservation! They said they lost all of their online booking and than tried to give us a double queen! For the price of the king! We ended our vacation early and went home. From what I saw of the lobby it looked nice but im not impressed with what went on with our reservation.

My room was filthy. I had to contact the front desk. They did have someone come and clean however, they wet the rags with just water. There was empty soda bottles and csncy wraps under the bed from previous guests. The house keepers were kind and helpful. It just needs cleaned better.

There an odor of Chlorine throughout the Hallways from the Pool.
-
The lounge The front desk lady was very rude, supposedly because of the online sites being down, to me and witnessed towards others as well. Very unprofessional

We choose the hotel for location of a WAWA banquet being held there on the 25th. Traveling with young children - the rooms would have been by the poolside. Pool is A treat! Not this trip. Second air conditioning in our rooms were lacking.our rooms were switched to the third floor. One room was replaced for one of our guests. Husband decided he could survive with our room! Third room was chilly but perfect for other guest. Third- keys had to be done multiple times in 24hours. Our time at the banquet was wonderful. Good company and good. Our time at the bar was wonderful with fellow WAWA. Thank you to the bar maid! She was a treat to the Ramkota. Our three rooms were rated a three star by my guests.
