This is a simple but large tourist hotel. It offers a good-sized, clean rooms. Within the hotel is a good restaurant that served dinner and breakfast. It is on the main road towards Monte Cassino, so it's pretty convenient. There's nothing very much around the hotel so if you can't really walk anywhere, though there is a quiet garden to walk within the hotel.

The pillows were too soft and I need two, normally thicker, so I was a little uncomfortable.

We have stayed here a couple of times as it is the halfway point between the airport in Rome and our family in Abruzzo. It is easy to find right off the A1. The hotel is older but very well maintained and has a lovely garden. Our room was small but perfectly clean and comfortable. The breakfast is varied and tasty. For several hours there was a noxious smell coming from the drains in our bathroom - seems like a problem of old plumbing. Our friends in a different room did not have this problem and we have not had it in previous stays. We probably should have contacted the staff, but it was very late after a long day of traveling so we just opened the windows and closed the bathroom door.

Wonderful stay

This is a good hotel that is very accommodating with the staff speaking passable English. Beds are a bit hard but then I've found that to be the case in a lot of the Italian hotels. Everything worked including the A/C and it was clean. They let me park my motorcycle underneath the stairs next to the entrance. The restaurant is superb and the dining area huge, it encompasses indoor and outdoor. They host weddings here and it shows with the large number of tables they have. There is a wide variety of food and is excellant as is the wait staff. The graffiti etched into the metal inside the elevator. A bit odd as I've not seen that in any of the hotels I've stayed in. It's probably because of the weddings they host that brings in all sorts of different people.

kind of the best in Cassino. not too expensive and pretty enough quality. breakfest is standard. i wish to have more eggs and real decent food.
