Forum Palace Hotel

Friendly staff. Mid-renovation. I can appreciate a building of this age needing a lot of work, so this is just a small note to help set expectations of incoming guests. We had no issue with the property.

The hotel looked run down. The spiral staircase steps were not vacuumed in the 5 days we were there. The mattresses were uncomfortable. The Air Condition did not work. There are so many little things that can be done to make it so much better (clean the windows in the staircase, vacuum, etc, that don't cost a lot of money).

Room was hit and the fan didn’t work. Beds not very comfortable

Tasty breakfast. Friendly personnel. Very clean. Large parking lot. Convenient location.

Nothing - n ooo heat in room -

good location for mway and visiting abbey and war graves. staff very friendly. 30min walk to town so dined in for convenience. good parking for motorbikes. dinner was a bit hectic due to coaches of people. overall staff coped well if it took longer to serve us.

breakfast was ok it took a little time to get organized but good. nothing comes to mind.

Hotel is outdated, so keep that in mind so it meet my expectation

Staff was incredibly helpful and kind. We visited Cassino to see the WW2 memorial and monte cassino, but the heatwave made us regret travelling up the mountain by bus/and walking so the incredibly fantastic ladies in the reception helped us with renting a car. They called and dealt with the car dealers for us as we don’t speak Italian and made our visit a very special experience. We had dinner in the hotel and had a heavenly meal, the wine was to die for and we were blown away by the mozzarella starter. Service was excellent and the hotel was clean and even if it’s an old interior it was well looked after. Shows they take pride in the service they provide Thank you for making our visit magical Room had, ngl, not the best mattress. But we slept good and due to the incredible lovely ladies working there me and my partner would definitely recommend visiting.

Extremely kind and helpful staff. Very good value for money. It's not necessarily something I didn't like. It is obvious that the hotel has seen better times, and a renovation would not hurt. However, I think it is excellent value for money

A nice place to stop on the way to Rome

all fine, but the A/c wasnt up to the job. They gave us a fan which helped. Seemed like lovely people working there. location is only good if you have a car

I stayed to take part in a local event. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was pleasant.

Hotel staff were all very friendly , hotel is in a ideal position for visiting MonteCassino and the War Cemetery nearby - lot of choice at breakfast ,plenty of parking and easy access to the Rome to Naples motorway We would have liked to stay longer - we will come back again
