The staff is i professional and extremely helpful. We arrived earlier than we expected on a Sunday afternoon, and a staff member came to opened the reception just for us and accompanied us to the parking area. Thank you again. There is a wonderful buffet for breakfast in a spacious and bright room with a fantastic bookshelf with history books, cultural guides and novels. The manager ensures to welcome you as soon as you get in! Our room was spacious , and very quiet at night. There are several restaurants and bistros nearby in the "centro storico. " A great choice for us. nothing

Slightly unorganized about the car parking and we were told parking is not guaranteed (must be reserved). Which fortunately was not an issue this time, but gives me less confidence if choosing to book again without that clarity upfront. Otherwise a 10/10 experience and would stay here again easily.

Great Location to train station and town,Walkable. Good size rooms. Hotel was very quiet, comfortable and clean. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Restaurants and shops were within 2 blocks of hotel. Dim lighting And not many sources for plugging your adapter/phone chargers.

Location was close enough to train station and square No coffee machine or kettle in room. The AC was very weak. Breakfast was average. Toiletries were very basic.

Great location. Walking distance to main strip. Close to Montecassino. Great attraction! Nothing more beautiful than a stunning basilica with history and jaw dropping scenery! Great restaurant near by!

A good choice of food at breakfast. Fresh fruit, yogurts, juices, ham, cheese, eggs, croissants, cornflakes, bread (although only white bread, no wholemeal). The location was good and convenient, a nice walk from the station through town of about ten or fifteen minutes. No tea-making facilities but these were provided happily on request. Very kind and helpful staff and special thanks to Tony. Room spotlessly clean. A firm mattress but pillows very uncomfortable.
