Located in the picturesque port of Castellammare del Golfo this newly restored hotel is just a few steps away from the Arab-Norman castle which gives the town its name. Rooms at the Cetarium all come with air conditioning, satellite TV and private bathroom. Some rooms come with a small balcony and view of the sea and the harbor. There are 2 restaurants on site, one with indoor seating, the other one with outdoor seating. Traditional Sicilian cuisine is served. A small beach is 1312 feet away while the nearest private beach is reached with a 3-minute drive. The archaeological sites of Segesta are easily accessible from the hotel for day excursions; here you can see its Temple and famous Greek theater. Also nearby are: the enchanting Selinunte; the ancient hamlet of Scopello; and the picturesque town of Erice. Amazing location right on the water! There’s noise at night but the windows are very soundproof and I didn’t hear a thing. It’s not super modern but very comfy and nice. Lovely pool area too. Breakfast is was good too.

Great location. Clean comfortable room. Lovely resort. Fabulous breakfast. We were on a cycling holiday and they helped with our bicycle storage overnight. All was great.

Location was stunning. Pool & loungers were lovely with the over the courtyard. Room had only 1 very small window. Breakfast was ok. Seemed a little dry.

Wonderful location on the harbor. Comfortable bed, great rainfall shower and beautiful courtyard with pool and gorgeous mountain and sea view . Breakfast was amazing. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, with everything from parking to restaurant recs to our misplaced passport. Would 100% stay again.

The hotel was in a fantastic location, the staff were friendly and the pool was lovely and relaxing. There was also a good selection of food at breakfast. Nothing, very happy with our stay.

The location on the waterfront was near to restaurants and all sights were within walking distance Sadly the bathroom smelt of drains :(

The location was gorgeous, a little noisy, but we were forewarned about that! The breakfast was fantastic, fresh, huge number of options, delicious. Only downside was the pool was overly chlorinated, but we swam in the nearby sea!
